I didn't stay in a room, I stayed in my semi. Everything else was amazing. Staff was wondering. Everything was clean. Shuttle service staff was great. Definitely will try and be back. Great spot for a 34 hrs restart.

5-Star Review – Outstanding Experience at Wildhorse Casino & Hotel! My recent stay at Wildhorse Casino and Hotel in Pendleton, Oregon was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and hospitality far exceeded our expectations. A special shoutout goes to Sarah, our host, whose professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service truly made our trip memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, and her friendly demeanor made us feel like valued guests from the very start. The hotel check-in staff were equally impressive—quick, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They made the arrival process smooth and stress-free. Additionally, the Player Services/Card staff did an outstanding job connecting us with a host and helping us secure a beautiful complimentary room, which was a wonderful surprise and greatly appreciated. We also enjoyed the Traditions Restaurant buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious, well-prepared dishes. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the dining staff kept the atmosphere welcoming and relaxed. Overall, our experience at Wildhorse Casino and Hotel was truly fantastic—excellent service, great food, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended! Sincerely, Dean and Kimberly Goff

My hideaway truck parking! The venue has alot to offer, other than gambling. Kid friendly with a movie theater and a bowling alley. Wish I had more time to explore

Stayed here while on our family road trip. We were greeted by a friendly staff member and checked right in. The grounds were well kept and the park location was perfect, just a short drive off of I-84. The RV sites are nice and level, the utilities are perfectly located. It was great to have the park close to the casino and as a plus, they offer a free shuttle that picks you up at your site. The kids enjoyed the pool and everything they had to offer. We will absolutely stay here again.

We are redoing our review because now the hotel tore down the old dingy rooms and they're building a new tower. We are so happy that they are still allowing dogs in certain rooms. We hope that this continues when the new Wing gets built. This is one of our favorite casino hotels now. Staff is very friendly. The food is good. The gambling is just okay, but not bad. Lots of options for machines. It's worth joining their Players Club. They are very generous with their free nights and other rewards. And if you have kids, there is a wing with an arcade, bowling alley, movie theater, and food court. I guess these are for adults as well! We actually bowled here a couple times and ate at the food court.

If you enjoy the old-school nostalgia of Western movies, this casino is the perfect place for you. It offers a variety of restaurants with decent food at affordable rates and has reasonably priced rooms, though they are definitely not modern or elegant. During the summer, we stayed in their suite called the "Penthouse" for just under $300 a night, which was quite reasonable. Most of the staff were friendly, except for an Asian lady at the roulette table who was very rude and gave you the stink eye every time you won. 😂 It was quite amusing, as I kept winning despite her attitude! 🤣😆 All the tables are "manual." Their Cascade Ice Cream was yummy, but please clean the ice cream area and replenish the flavors. No excuses for not cleaning and stocking. Still giving them 5 stars for effort.

Wildhorse was my Aunt’s favorite casino. I would often come and stay at the hotel with her there. Staff knew her by first name and always friendly and helpful. We loved playing the slots and loved the buffet dinners. Sadly my Aunt passed away #54 on her members card and I don’t get over there like I’d like to. I really miss Wild Horse casino. I’d love to come back and see all the new attraction's there.

I have been here several times since moving to a state near by rooms are always nice. Not just clean but sanitary roomy and lots of light if you choose to use them....only reason service gets a 4 is the club card machine was down and cant get them at customer service. From like midnight to 6 a m..totally a bummer when i inquired about them. No one was able to rectify the situation until the next day. Staff are quick to help and professional and friendly.Had a great time! 2 minutes from off ramp!See you next time!

They have built a great Casino. They have tons of stuff for kids, plenty of games. The food service folks are completely overwhelmed. We went at 3:50 for happy hour and had to wait on a table. They had ample seating but did not open large sections until happy hour was over. Seated at 4:10 and ordered drinks. The drinks were made and sat on the bar for 30 min. We finally just went and collected them ourselves as the foid arrived.

Overall, my experience at Wild Horse Casino was okay—I’d give it 3 out of 5 stars. The location isn’t the most convenient; it’s a bit out of the way and not close to much else. Super hard to get room On the bright side, the food options were impressive. There’s a great variety to choose from, and everything we tried was fresh and well-prepared. It’s definitely one of the highlights of the stay. I do wish the casino hosts had been more attentive. I had a couple of questions and tried to ask for help, but the staff didn’t seem too eager to assist . A bit more hospitality would’ve made a big difference. All in all, not a bad place, but not great either. Worth a visit if you’re nearby and want to enjoy some good food and a bit of gaming, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.
