40$ is highway robery literally. Rock and mud sites. Fairly easy access and sites are full hookups but too expensive for us retirees.

Sometimes we have to accept whatever is available, and this place worked. It wasn't especially nice, and the sites were unlevel gravel. However, it worked. It just wasn't very nice. Quite a few dilapidated RVs there.

The lady that works here (lives here) comes out SHOUTING at my family at 9:45 on a FRIDAY NIGHT telling us to go to bed bc there are people that have to work in the morning. First of all-I am a grown woman, if you’re the face of a business there’s a level of professionalism that needs to be followed. Second of all, we were not having some crazy party, it was my husband, me, my kids, and my aunt and uncle. THIRD, there is NO curfew listed anywhere. This is NOT A TRAILER PARK, this is a camp sight, where families come to spend time together. Absolutely not.

Nice lady. WIFI doesn't work and phone service poor Spot was very small, with another RV a couple of feet away and road about 3 yards from door. Paid $40 cash, no cards. Would not recommend
