I reserved the space 117 form Monday through Sunday. Instead of sitting in our chairs outside our trailer our new neighbors brought in 4 dogs which were Alaskan huskies? The dogs are very intimidating while the lady next to us was giving the dogs water. She had 4 dogs on leashes that she was trying to hold back. And when I was unloading our groceries from williams , the dog growled at me and lunged, but she had stopped the dog. Let me say that when she was at the water spigot , she was only about ten feet from my steps of my trailer. I went to the office to complain and they sent someone over there to their camp site witch was site 118 and all of a sudden, I am the problem and the dog owner is the victim. Then the Night manager came over and told me.I could move or be refunded the following day for the days I had remaining. She said she did not see a problem with this person's four dogs. And said that you could have 15 dogs in your campsite if you had them on a leash. In the meantime , I am to be intimidated every time he brings those dogs out and gives them water eight feet away from me. I feel that by paying for site from Monday to Sunday that I did not get to enjoy my vacation like everyone else in your facility. I have a puppy with me, camping. And we had to carry him every time away from the campsite, so that he could go to the bathroom up at the dog run. I have been camping up here at Circle The Pines long before the manager that you have on site was even born. I feel that she was trying in a passive way to just make it go away about the problem that we had with the dogs. She gave me 2 options, One was like I said to refund my money so now I have to give up 3 days of my vacation and the other person gets to stay or I could move my trailer to another spot and I don't know if you are aware of how I have to do this. I am a handicapped senior and I was already there before the person that brought the dogs , I don't understand the fairness in that. I can tell you that I have not got the Circle The Pines experience that I've had in the past and I will be sure to tell all of my friends about this because we have camped out here many times before, never had a bad experience like the one that I've had this time. I will be sure and tell my friends not to stay where they allow vicious Dogs in the campground. I am sad that I have to write a bad review about such a great camp spot. Miss coming here in the future.I'll be looking at other campgrounds now.

This KOA isn't fancy but staff is fantastic, energetic and really make the experience fun. From mini golf to go cart racing to bingo, there's no short of cool things to do with the family and the environment really feels like a small community. Not the fanciest place but the restrooms are clean, the tent, wagon and teepee campsites are really cool, the shop has a ton of cool things including ice cream by the scoop. Just a good time here!

The staff in the front office was very helpful and friendly. My family of 5 got ice cream and coffee. The barista Maddy was very nice and the coffee’s were delicious. We ate at the cafe several days and the workers there were awesome. Michael the pizza maker was exceptional not only was the pizzas delicious but he came out and checked on our family as we were eating. We highly recommend the coffees, ice cream and pizza (all the food was good). This resort was so much fun. The train ride, hayride, indoor pool, mini golf, go carts and utv rental’s gave us lots of fun memories and filled our days with excitement and Joy. We will definitely make this a destination for our family and friends for years to come.

This KOA has so many amenities going for it and will probably be the most memorable KOA we’ve stayed at so far 🌲🚐✨ We’ve stayed at several KOAs over the years, but during our big trip through Utah, this one truly felt like real camping nestled under the pine trees in the forest. We enjoyed it so much that we actually extended our stay an extra night for a total of 4 nights ❤️ The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I used the laundry room, which was clean, adequate, and actually a relaxing place to sit for a bit. One thing I really appreciated was the layout of the main amenities area — the laundry, bathrooms, showers, pool, game room, store, and restaurant are all conveniently located together, yet still feel separate and thoughtfully designed rather than overcrowded. One thing that REALLY impressed me as an RV owner was the hookup setup 👏 Because of how my travel trailer is configured, parking can sometimes be complicated. My electrical and water hookups are toward the back of the trailer while my sewer connection is about 6 feet in front of the axle on a 34-foot unit, so placement usually has to be strategic. At this KOA, they had multiple sewer hookup options along the site — something I’ve honestly never seen before! That was incredibly impressive. Whether you have a dual-tank setup or need flexibility for trailer positioning like I do, this campground clearly understands RV functionality and setup challenges. The campground itself was peaceful and quiet during our stay, though we were there the first week of May before the busier season kicked in 🌲☀️ We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing there after exploring the area. We visited the Grand Canyon, which was about a 70–75 minute drive away, made several trips into Williams, and even took a day trip to Sedona. Unfortunately, we were a little early in the season for the go-karts, so we missed out on that, but we did enjoy the pool and spent some relaxing evenings in the hot tub 🏊‍♂️🔥 Overall, this KOA absolutely exceeded our expectations. Between the forest setting, thoughtful layout, amazing hookups, and friendly atmosphere, we would definitely stay here again! 🌟

Loved this campground! First off, the staff were top notch. We explored transferring our reservation from the Grand Canyon KOA to this one just a few miles away (mainly because the pools were closed at the Grand Canyon KOA). A newer employee, Dan, was very sympathetic and reeled in help from Mike, the owner. Mike was super helpful at helping to navigate this transfer and friendly the entire time at out annoying request. Separately, the pool and hot tubs were excellent! Great after a big day of hiking in the canyon. The area was clean and tidy with easy access to restrooms and showers afterwards. Same as our site which was convenient and quiet. The gift shop was excellent too, offering unique gifts as well as some beverage necessities. We played mini gold for $3/person and while the course was not a main attraction, was a lot of fun for our family. The go-carts were unfortunately not open or else there would have been more fun to be had. And lastly, the laundry machines were easy to use - and all digital! I had never used a system like that. Very innovative. Overall, we wished we had more time to spend at this KOA. One of the best campgrounds we visited.

We stayed here for three nights as we visited the Grand Canyon and Sedona and it’s right in the middle! Easy drive to both. Loved the little town of Williams and Route 66 as well. Campground hosts were fabulous, excellent store, facilities and amenities (especially for kids!). Site was decent and all worked well. Loved the on site food truck for breakfast! Would definitely stay again.

My family of 4 had the best time. So many things for the kids to do. The staff were incredibly patient and friendly. We did crafts, rode go carts, rode the train and hayride, jumped on the pillow and more. It’s an incredible place. Only downside was the cleanliness of the cabin. The floor and bed frames were icky & sticky. Also, there is a food truck with yummy food but not many options, no place to sit down and eat, and it was pricey. But overall, GREAT TIME, we will be back!!

While passing through Arizona, we wanted to explore some of historic Route 66 and discovered this fantastic KOA near town. They offer unique covered wagons and TeePee’s for rent. Plus, there are fun activities like go-karts, mini-golf, and a bounce pad for the kids! I highly recommend this clean and quiet spot for a great stay.

Brian, or as our 5 year old would call him Mr. B! Made this trip amazing for our son and all the other kids. Our son looked forward to seeing Mr B every morning to tell him the the wiggle train was coming. The staff was friendly and helpful! We are looking forward to booking here again same time next year. Thank you for being such a fun kid friendly campground!

Sites are wide and well laid out. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The groundskeepers guide you to your site so you don’t have to find it on your own. Shout out to Miss Patty for being so welcoming. My only suggestion would be to have an ATM or card reader on site for the laundry. We had to go back into town to get cash to use in the coin machines in the laundry room after the office had closed for the day.
