By far the worst renting experience I've ever had. These people's storage pros are the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have no idea what customer service is. Three units were robbed next to mine and because my girlfriend was seen on camera talking to the guy before it happened we were assumed accomplices. We were locked out of our storage. Then I got my own storage in the same place and again I was locked out. The corporate office and regional manager are impossible to get a hold of so without notification we were locked out of our storages and the manager on site was extremely aggressive intolerant and had no idea what customer service is

Sold me a storage unit that they had been throwing in there from other units lost or trashed left from previous online auction buyers hope sue can sleep tonight you just ripped off hard working couple on a link eye KARMA ! Lady’s is sweet but she knows they sold a $800 unit online but trash wires , diapers and all junk they used huge big items to catch your eye once in it’s all TRASH I WOULDN'T BUY FROM THEM on line

Linda the manager was very helpful and professional. I have been with willow glen self storage for a year so when i decided i needed a bigger unit i spoke with Linda about changing the unit she did the paperwork and i was in the bigger unit 20 minutes later. I would recommend Willow Glen Self Storage.

I would like to Thank... The Employees.Mateo And Patrick At the Willow Glen Storage for making my move in very easy and a pleasant experience for me. They were very welcoming and accommodating to me and my needs. Cause when I was assigned to a wheel chair access unit the door was very hard for me to pull up and I simply made The employees Patrick aware of my issue and with out any hesitation he was open to allowing my move to a more accommodating unit to my needs and likings. So Once Again Thank you for That Patrick Willow Glen storage is winning to have a Great Employee with the skills to provide a great experience service to the customers so Thanks again.
