I was put in a bind in terms of housing for my last semester of school and needed a place to park a recently purchased camper (1991). Zach and Theresa have been so great in helping me get set up and making sure I'm good to go. I have no experience owning campers and Zach has been helping me learn and make sure that everything is working properly. The community here is also very homey, almost like home for me which definitely helps. I highly recommend this place. 😁👍

My parents had to stay here long term while the were looking for a place. Zach and Tresa ALWAYS made my family and I feel extremely welcomed! There’s also a shower house with book you can take and read. They have washers and dryers. There’s a volleyball net for the kids, the have soccer balls, a fire pit, etc. Tresa also lets her grand kids play with the other kids which is so sweet!

We were in a bind and need a place to park our camper long term till we could find a home. Teresa and Zack made it happen for us. There is a bath house with showers, there’s also washer and dryers on site. The grass is green and well taken care of, the trees are beautiful and healthy. The garden and flower bed are planted and growing. This place is nice. And the management team is great! They go above and beyond. In fact they were able to help us find a way to tow our fifth wheel to our new home! They really went out of their way to help! This is a real nice place with real nice people. Thank you for everything!!!!

Very nice place to stay! The managers worked personally with us to make sure we could stay there while we waited on our job. The site itself is nice too with showers, bathrooms, and washers and dryers on site. They have full hookups and WiFi. Would definitely stay here again

We have been here as a permanent resident for 2 weeks. The rules of the park don't apply to the managers. They say dogs on a leash.. I have 2 small dogs that are always on the leash. The managers have 3 dogs and probably don't own a leash. They poop everywhere and I clean up poop in my yard that isn't my dogs. They park 2 vehicles in front of their place but we can't. They park another in the middle of the road. I fell and sprained my ankle because they won't allow salt and the roads are sheer ice. But they don't walk their dogs.. free roam.. so they don't worry about ice. She is in the office on a certain day to collect rent and to collect utilities.. otherwise, they are only reached by phone. The lady that cleans the bathroom is awesome.. but the managers are not doing their jobs. Because they are managers doesn't mean you are God. They don't care if theirs or their friends dogs are unleashed.. I can't afford to lose another dog in a fight.

EDIT: I just wanted to share a couple photos of the wonderful Christmas decorations and decorating the manager has done here on property. It reminds me so much of when I was a child. when life was simple & Christmas wasn't about presents or money. when Christmas was just that, Christmas. hands down best rv park around. quiet, peaceful & well maintained. I love living here. staff is awesome & super nice.

The neighborhood could be better, the park itself is pretty good. There are some more permanent residents. It’s a relatively quiet park. The trees make it. It was in the90’s and most days we didn’t need to run our ac until around 1pm. Washer dryers are cheap at $1.50, they work fine, bathrooms appear clean. Verizon service only 2 bars, but worked fine for just about everything. WiFi worked. There are several neighborhood bunnies that are cute.

When we came down street to campground was a little worried buildings on street looked pretty run down. When we passed through campground gates we happy to see a clean nice area. Would stay here again staff was very helpful and nice!
