I can't express how accommodating the staff, specifically Kelly, at the Encore Winter Park is! I just recently moved to the Orlando area and was new to RV life. I was having issues navigating the task of emptying my black tank, as there were no mobile services in the area. Kelly helped me by being available on her day off and allowing me to empty my tank at their conveniently located dump station. After, I took a pleasant drive through the beautiful and well maintained park. The lake surrounded by cypress with a children's park was clean and tranquil. The pool facilities were very inviting with a handicap accessible lift. The long term residents had beautifully kept spots that looked like well loved homes. Overall, the cleanliness of this park really stood out. I can see how this would be a wonderful location for a vacation. And right across the street is Outdoor Recreation World and a Coachman indoor showroom. Thank you Kelly and Encore RV park!

Unprofessional & Disrespectful Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience on 10/7/2025 around 12:11 PM when I called to ask about an RV violation. I spoke with a woman named Kelly, who was extremely sarcastic, rude, and kept repeating the same thing over and over without explaining the issue clearly. When I asked for clarification, she hung up on me. I called back to speak with a supervisor, and a man named Harry answered. He claimed he overheard the call and said Kelly wasn’t rude, which felt like a complete dismissal of my concerns. When I asked for a higher manager’s contact info, he refused to give it and then ended the call by saying “Well, that’s it—thank you for calling,” and hung up on me as well. As a new RV park guest, I expected a welcoming and respectful experience. I was unaware of the violations that were mentioned. I was just trying to understand what happened so I can go back and inform my Husband. This type of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope this is addressed seriously. I’ve already searched the owners number and email and emailed them.

This Encore park is standard at best. As all the Encores in Florida it is mis managed and falling apart. Qe were here for 2 weeks and the main pool was closed because it leaks. They did nothing to fix the pool and all the water ran down the street. It was always full and we'll kept. They kept cleaning the pool but did nothing to stop the leak. I don't understand why they would keep filling it. This park is in the middle of town which is great to get places. On the other hand it's loud and has no security. There were cars broken into and electric bikes stolen. It did have some of the nicest grass for Florida parks. It could be a great park. Lack of repaie and maintenance in the Florida parks is showing how bad the company must be doing.

Relocating to Encore was a great decision; excellent management and professionalism. Kelly's support made this move a smooth transition, forever thankful. Beautiful well kept grounds, pools, and convenient location. 5 stars!

Update from 06/06/2025: Finally did get the refund. Update from 06/03/2025: No message or refund received yet!!!! This is a scam on your customers!!! Update from 05/28/2025: Your response is of no use to me. I want a refund for the two nights that were wrongfully charged to me! Otherwise, I will revise the above review to be even more sharp! Answer to my emails!!! Original review from 05/26/2025: I booked two nights (from 5th to 7th May 2025) at Winter Garden Orlando on 13th April 2025, and the amount was charged to my credit card at the time of booking. Two days before we arrived we canceled the first night by email (by phone they were not reachable), because we were too late and too far away. However, the email I sent was declined by their server. I realised this the following day. When we arrived at the campground, I informed the lady at the desk about this. However, she ignored it and charged us for another night instead. In total, we spent one night at the campground, but they charged us for three nights! Despite several reminders by email and attempted phone calls (nobody answered the phone), I have not yet received a refund or response. Avoid this campsite! They are unreachable and you get no answers, but you do get almost daily advertising emails!

My mother had a emergency & I had to book on a flight immediately to be at her side during her last breaths & asked to extend my days here by 3 days just to give me time to there & get back & the lady in the office said I cannot leave my RV here unattended at all here, not over night. (But yet they advertise they have RV storage?) Really bad experience considering this gives me literally 14 hours to find somewhere to park a RV before 5:30am when my flight leaves…. I’ll never stay here again & thinking there is no use of this thousand trails membership because SINCE we are members she said we’re not allowed at all to ever extend even in emergency situations. It’s Really bad & really shows there is no ‘heart or compassion’ of others here at this park

This is on a busy road and first time going the sign for it was missing apparently a storm took it out making it difficult to find. We arrived on a Saturday with no one available to check us in at front pull in ,had to ask other campers whom directed us to another location at back of campground where we found an outside mail holder with our information. We drove around for some time trying to locate our site but they were not marked, later found it was on the ground faded , site not kept up. Pool had a leak and unusable, lots of permanent campers living there- not a resort for campers on the move. The whole place needed maintenance. The one good thing was that it was located next to Aldi’s. Trip was made in early 2025

This resort gets 5 Stars due to their gym. A lot of parks either do not have one or it's just a closet with old broken machines. These guys installed a brand new machine during our visit which was incredible. Thanks for caring about your gym and guests!

I booked a stay at Encore Winter Garden, where I was informed that I would be charged half of the total amount upfront and the other half later. However, I was charged the full amount upfront (I should have disputed the charge but didn't). Unfortunately, my request for a refund for the excess amount charged was denied. After two months, I decided to cancel my stay due to a breaking and entering incident in a trailer two spots down and the conditions at Encore Winter Garden. This type of incident seems to happen frequently with RVs and trailers stored in this park. Additionally, there are many homeless individuals wandering through the park, which made me uncomfortable about continuing my stay at Encore Winter Garden with my family. There were also several other issues during my stay. The water was frequently shut off for hours due to water main problems, often with no notice given. When I inquired about when service would be restored, the staff offered little more than a shrug. I also noticed dog feces everywhere, and the pools were closed two hours before dusk which made it challenging when you want to enjoy them during the off season. The roads within the park are only wide enough for one vehicle on most streets, making it dangerous for pedestrians. The washers and dryers frequently charged my card but would not start, and were often out of order. Trash dumpsters were usually overflowing, with garbage piled around them. If you have the opportunity to stay elsewhere, I strongly recommend it. This park is not worth the money, and Encore does not value or prioritize its customers. Even the employees seem dissatisfied with their jobs, which is not surprising given the poor management. Learn from my mistake and consider staying at a different location if you can. ***UPDATE*** Despite a response from the owner, no actual effort was made to correct these issues.

Great location if you’re looking to go to the theme parks. Airport isn’t far either and there’s a lot of stores around you. The site was spacious enough and the staff was very friendly. I don’t like outdoor laundry rooms because they’re awkward and this one flooded really bad during a rain storm. The dog park is OK but is at least 2/3 dirt. There’s quite a bit of noise from the road with a lot of sirens at night and houses outside of the park being close that are bumping music late into the night. I would stay here again.
