This campground is pretty reasonable and maintained pretty well. Also great location as it’s 15 min drive from main Lafayette where I worked as travel nurse. Mary and her husband work very hard to keep it going. The only issues we had while staying were that the water pressure was a bit low. They had us in spot 1 and that was great bc it was nice to be so close to the bathrooms and laundry room and entrance. The weekends would get a bit busy and sometimes loud bc lots of people wanted to party and enjoy their time but we didn’t really mind it. Overall a great stay and would stay again. I really like that they were willing to prorate for the month also.

Thank you we had a very nice time we will be back to camp. I will say one thing about the lighting in the bathroom/shower the timer need to be set at 30 mins instead of 10 minutes it's not safe to come out of shower wet to just turn on the sensor it is dangerous. thank you

Great little camp ground, only complaints is getting woke up by another camper that had to be the dreaded leaf blower man on Sat. morning and the golf carts parading by your camp site at night with there LED lights shining in your eyes. Over all a very nice quiet experience with clean areas and welcoming folks. PSA...make sure if you go in the fall to be aware of falling walnuts there are alot of walnut trees in some camp spots and yes they hurt when hit with one. Our Rottweiler-border collie mix 🐕 loved talking to the squirrels and they could have been possibly throwing walnuts at us lol. We will definitely be back.

We have an annual visitor pass to visit family while they camp at their yearly spot. Great people all around, clean, and safe. You feel you're away without being 100 miles from home. Access to the river if you have a boat too.

Spent Labor Day weekend at Wolfe’s. This was our first time and LOVED it! Super friendly staff and campers. We did not need to use the restrooms. Will definitely return.

We stayed in November. The property is nice and well kept. The restroom/shower is alright, not great, but also not terrible. Water was nice and hot on a cold night. They have port a johns conveniently located throughout, but they desperately need service. The owner/host was friendly and helpful. Quiet and relaxing experience. I would absolutely stay here again if we visit the area again.

The campground is a bit older but has everything you need. Laundry, bathroom, showers, and camp store. They do lots of weekend activities. There’s a pool, playgrounds, trails, game room, and the river for entertainment. The water pressure is extremely low. Power worked fine. No issues with the sewer. Some spots have lots of shade and some have a little bit of shade. The seasonal people seem like a tight knit community but they’re welcoming of others. There’s not much else to do in the area. We always stop in Lafayette on our back to Ohio.

While I didn't get to enjoy my campsite as much as I would have liked, I stayed here so that I would be able to participate in a BBQ championship in Delphi this past weekend. I had brought a trailer with all my gear and was told I would not fit on the selected camp site(my fault I didn't add notes or length of the trailer). They were still able to accommodate me with a different spot that was a full hookup, which usually costs more. They upgraded for free and it was even a pull through! They made things very nice as I left at 4:00 in the morning. Everyone was super friendly during the visit. Had a camp store for everything you forgot (bug spray!!!) and a gas station right off the main drag for energy drinks and ice. Very happy with my stay and I'll be reserving next year when I compete again.

Our favorite primative camping sites. Peaceful and quite on the river. All the sites are large and clean. The owners are a great couple that are always around making sure things are right. The bathrooms are always clean the shower hot!! Can ask for more have camped here at least 10 times. And will be back again. We dont use it but there a small in ground pool that always looks so clear and has people in it.

no question that this is the place! Wonderful campground! I was travelling through and read some poor reviews and nearby place but great reviews on this one so I stayed here one night! I wish I had time to stay longer! Very scenic location and lots of space, especially for tents down the hill by the river. A nice mix of seasonals and travelers. The staff could not be more helpful. This campground seems very well organized and established and has many amenities such as a pool and propane station. I highly recommend this place and will plan to return.
