I lived in my 5th wheel there for 10+ years and really enjoyed it. It's family owned and operated and the grounds are well kept and also 1 of very few that have shade trees. It's also nice that there is a little store on site and a pool open all summer. It's quiet and close to shopping and the Columbia River. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you so much.

man I lived here for yeaaaars as a teenager. was a good tenant with my mom, had a daily relationship with the owners.. mom, dad, grandma and all. but when I came back after 3 years looking for a place to rent they basically mocked me and my partner. ?? ridiculous behavior when they got years of rent paid on time, peaceful neighbors, and someone who bought snacks from their concessions constantly. literally, horrendous. why bother going through these family owned businesses if the family has no care for their most loyal and proper tenants? so yeah, horrible place. dont go here. they got problems.

Did not stay here! Called to book a site and the guy who answered was rude so stayed at another campground where the people there were NICE

We stayed here in our RV while we did wine tasting at Red Mountain. This is definitely the best value campground in the area. Clean( free shower with lots of hot water) quiet, spacious RV pads and very nice owners. A great dog walking path on the dike just behind the campground. There are full timers but it’s not junky. Will stay here again.

We stayed at the RV Park. It had full hook ups and was inexpensive! The restroom/shower was nice and very clean. There is a hot tub and pool. The RV spot was all asphalt... but a great place to catch some zzzz and get a shower. Staff was friendly... we enjoyed our stay.

Small RV park with a few slots for short term or overnights, plus an attached motel. Trees are well established around the paved sites, most of which are level. There's a small pool but not in April. Managers are very nice, helpful and dog lovers. They keep the laundry and bathrooms clean. Thank you for accommodating our last minute overnight!

The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the highway noise other than that it seems like a nice place. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I was in 2019 resident of this park ,( one year )and I got the worse customer service. They not RESPECT people's with Disabilities and Servid Dogs.I was Attacked to Go To The Pool with my service dog. But they are the only ones ,who accept old Rv models they have power problems all the time is not recommended for 50 amps.

This place is run by the rudest human beings on earth. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Everyone that works here is grouchy. Nothing works right. When you go into office to pay rent they have mean look on their face. I'm pretty sure the old hag doesn't know how to smile or be happy.
