It's a spartan strip of gravel on the river. The prices were a bit steep for what is offered. I was headed south through the park so this was one of the few options.$133.00 per night for a back in. The staff is nice. I realize it's a tourist economy but when I go that way again I'll stay in one of the other parks down valley. Paradise Valley is worth the trip. Gardiner did nothing for me at all.

Great location to Yellowstone National Park with easy access to the North Entrance. Campground is well maintained and has quarter operated washer and dryers which is so great after long days of hiking around Yellowstone!

Pretty basic campground, great location right next to the entrance of Yellowstone park. The toilet & showers are very good, the laundry room is easy to use and they’ll change for coins up in the office if you need :) There’s also picnic table for each RV. **There’s no WiFi but there is cellular network reception.

Great location for Yellowstone, no hassle getting in and out of our site. We checked in late and left early. It was a great jumping off point for us. Hookups were great, sites were good size and we enjoy our stay!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We had a great experience tent camping at Yellowstone RV Park! The tent site was spacious and well-maintained, giving us plenty of room to relax. The bathrooms were clean and tidy, which is always a big plus. Our tent was near the river—it was a bit loud, but the sound made for a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. Highly recommend this spot for a comfortable and scenic camping experience!

Great location just outside Gardner on the river. Very close to the North entrance of Yellowstone. Bathrooms, showers, and laundry are great. Good WiFi Momma elk and her calf joined us for dinner as we sat outside at our picnic table. Linda was super nice and helpful in the office.

Loved our stay at this campground! It is quaint, clean & on the Yellowstone River. The location is perfect, right outside of the North entrance of Yellowstone NP. We saw 80% of the park while based here. It was convenient and less crowded. There are 2 bath houses, one at each end. It is VERY clean and have nice, hot showers! There is a laundry room. Some sites are pull through. The sites next to the river are back-in. There is on-site management (4 people). This place is so very well maintained. Thank you for making our anniversary trip special!

If you’re looking to enter Yellowstone through the Montana (North end) than this is a great location to stay! The entrance of Yellowstone from the Tetons looks more like the Rocky Mountains. This entrance from Montana looks more like Yellowstone -the TV show. Both gorgeous in their own ways. This is also the quickest way to get to the Serengeti of Yellowstone (where all the bison live). The RV park itself is situated right along the Yellowstone River! It’s beautiful. The staff is amazing! Very accommodating. The wifi is surprisingly good! The grounds are clean and pretty! Super close to all of the fun shopping/restaurants/etc. in town too! We will stay here again without a doubt!

This park is lovely! The people are friendly, the grounds, restrooms and laundry are clean and well maintained. The location is great for accessing the North entrance to Yellowstone. This is a plus after a great day spotting animals and seeing the wonderful geothermal sites. Stop by and spend some time here. You will be glad you did.
