We love this place. Very clean and have excellent spaces. The bathrooms and shower area is clean. The events are great.

Great RV spot! Staying here for work and having an excellent experience. The laundry room is nice and fully functional, and the pool is great (especially in the evening when it’s quieter). I’ve only tried the cafe once, but it was really good. Lots of kids riding around so good if you have kids. Definitely recommend!

We stay in our RV when we visit. It is a nice RV park. The bathrooms are kept up well. They have been doing a lot of upgrades recently.

Outstanding is the only thing that describes my family's experience at 49 village. Halloween party for the whole campground, just amazing and a lot of fun!

We have been coming here for Halloween weekends for ten years and each year it gets progressively worse. There was an instant change in the 49er when they became a sun resort. There was less of a welcoming vibe from the moment we arrived after the transition. This year there was an obvious lack of staffing that was even worse than years past. We described this year as the end of an era.

Another thing that we noticed this year is it's looking more like a full time trailer park than a campground. And with all of the negative changes the price has gotten to a point that it's not worth the experience.

Overall, if you're in need of somewhere to stay along your route I would say this is a solid spot to post up for the night, but for an extended camping trip it doesn't have much to offer.

Surprisingly decent place. I didn’t have high expectations, but found the room (cabin) clean and comfortable, but small. All said, a very pleasant place.

Really nice family oriented RV park. They also have a few dozen cabins that have decks, bbqs and fully stocked bedrooms and kitchens.

The RV spaces a pretty large. They have two nice pools, a pond and an  amphitheater where they have bands play on weekends.

A great location if you and a few friends want to stay overnight and visit the numerous nice wineries.

Did 4 days here in may(thr-sun) it’s can get/feel tight/packed when it’s full

BUT it’s not a fully weekend warrior place; there’s a lot of permanent people(all are very neighborly) and they are  almost exclusively “retirement aged”  and most of the other patrons are 40+… so it’s not a rowdy place.

aside from the kids running around being kids, it gets quiet at around 9:30 and totally dead by 10:30, quiet/normal noise during the day.

The only noise during the mornings are the permanent people driving to work(very few). Two pools, hot tub for about 15 adults.

Almost every spot is at least 50% tree shaded. Clean bathhouses(2 toilets and showers)

and it’s part of the sun outdoor franchise so it’s good.

Food, wineries, brewery, A grocery store  Ace hardware, gas, cozy Mexican restaurant all “next door”

Camped at the full hook up sites. Perfect for a 3 day weekend. Quiet when we were there. Staff at front entrance was very helpful.

We absolutely adore our stay with 49er Village! The property is beautifully maintained, and we're always impressed by the ongoing upgrades. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They've made us feel right at home, like part of the family. The atmosphere is so friendly, and it's wonderful that our pets are welcome too. We can't recommend 49er Village enough – you'll want to return, guaranteed. Huge thanks to the entire team!

Cute spot for a getaway. Nice Cafe, great hot tub and 2 pools. We don't have Littles but there is a nice park area if you do. Pretty quiet considering it is right off of Hwy 16. Very nice and friendly staff. We didn't play this time but they have a volleyball court, horseshoes and pool table too. We will definitely be back!  Next time I want to go wine tasting in the area!
