Stopped for one night and going on month three now. Fantastic place and so well maintained. Manicured lawns and gardens; huge dog walking areas; picnic area, immaculate rec hall with workout machines, immaculate bathrooms and showers; same in the laundry building. There is a huge, clean pool that’s open long hours and rarely used along with a hot tub. There are cameras everywhere; doors are all key code to get in; and front gate means business but you’re given a remote control for longer visits. Security is top notch. USPS, UPS, and Amazon deliver daily and the items are held in the office building. There are also mailboxes in the office building if you stay in a longer stay area. The office building has cold drinks, snacks, and various auto and household items for sale. The staff are patient and knowledgable. And best of all? If they don’t know the answer, they’ll phone a friend, not just say “no clue.” Love it. All of the rv’s are neat and the visitors are welcoming and polite. Our door doesn’t always close tightly. After one all day excursion we returned to find our door wide open, our laptops and everything else on full display. Not one thing was missing our fussed with. Will definitely come back anytime we are in the area.

This park is a hidden gem. Everyone we talked to was friendly and helpful. All sites were cement pads. All roads were paved. Clean facilities. Well stocked small market. Close to on ramps on highway 58. A must stop for all RV'ers.

We were traveling through Bakersfield from Death Valley to the Yosemite area and stopped here for the night. It's easy on easy off the freeway, paved level sites but not a lot of freeway noise, full hookups. Communication with the manager was clear and helpful. It appears there are quite a few stationary full timers here but their spaces are neat and they are friendly. It was a great place for us to stop over for the the night. We camped at A Country RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a lovely RV park located close to the freeway, but insulated from the traffic noise.  The bathrooms and pool area are very clean and accessible.  The staff were more than accommodating.  It was a wonderful experience!  We will definitely come again.

This RV park is very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is an easy on/easy off from the highway, so there was a lot of traffic noise. But for one night, it was acceptable.

This is an RV park. Nice paved roads and concrete pads. Some large common areas with grass. A nice pool and hot tub. Big and clean laundry room. Easy access from the highway. Good for overnight.

Full hook ups, 50 AMP pull thru sites and concrete pads. The ladies in the office were so great to assure us they would still be there when we pulled in just before quitting time. We'll be back!

The park and facilities are very good. There are three swimming pools, two hot tubs, two laundry facilities, and a clubhouse with an indoor shuffle board and pool tables.
The location is very Central, but it is on a very busy stretch of highway with no sidewalks.
Although it is a gated park, there is a problem with theft as multiple bikes were stolen during our stay.

Reasonable priced. And in my opinion one of the safer rv parks in Bakersfield. Interstate traffic is annoying but tolerable. Very clean and kept up, with large community spaces to walk dogs and play with family. Managers are friendly and I’ve seen walking daily making sure no riff raff is trying to settle in.

The ding for not having 5 stars came from the lack of advertised hot tub. It ran for a month and has been down for 4 I get the run around every time I ask about it. You should hold contractors more accountable for getting a project done in a timely manner.

This park is really nice and should not be passed up! The staff was not only so friendly but they were very accommodating for us. The sites were nicely paved and rather close together but that was ok with us as everyone who stayed here kept to themselves. The campground was really nicely maintained,. The facilities and utilities were never faulty and always clean! The activities they had to offer here was really relaxing for the whole family. I think I enjoyed the country part of this park more than anything and really would recommend it for anyone as it really gives you everything you need to camp for a great price!  - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

We have been at "A Country RV Park" in Bakersfield, CA for the past couple of days. It is the only park. Easy access to freeway and close to everything. Sites are concrete with grass yards for most. Staff is the best. Don't pass this place up. 
ad'l comment: Long ,wide and level sites. Grassy area with picnic table between sites. Nice grassy dog area but is not fenced in. Wi-fi and good cable service. Good Sam discount. Would definitely stay here again.
ad’l comment: Very nice and clean park right off Hwy. 58. Level concrete sites are plenty long to stay hooked up with our 42' 5th wheel. Small patio and picnic table at each site. Sites are spacious and have a grassy area between each site. Free wi-fi and cable. Gated access. Easy access off hwy., wide roads throughout park, large grassy area for dogs, pool, laundry, clubhouse. Definitely a 10. Accepts Good Sam and military discount. This is our 2nd stay here and will definitely be back. Good for a short or long stay.
