-Exceptional customer service- Owner at this KOA was very nice! Awesome experience. Friendly staff. We ran into a problem during our 3 night stay an they went above an beyond to help us to resolve, we really appreciate that. The thunderstorms/lightning here was crazy! We stayed dry though. They put us right by the bathrooms/showers which was very considerate. It was a great experience.
