While we have stayed at a few typical RV Parks over the past few years, this is one of the few places we have stayed where it adequately falls into the RV Resort category. We were both impressed with how well thought out AF RV Resort was. To begin, the check-in process was easy. They have a nice little store with all the immediate goods you might need while camping. Someone guides you to your location. You have a security gate with a code that gives you that added feeling that someone is not going to easily stroll in and take your trailer. The concrete parking pads are spot-on level and very large to boot, offering plenty of room for trailer and vehicle. We noticed that even people that have large motorhomes still have room to park their pull-behind vehicles. If you need more room, no worries, they have a large parking lot on the west side of the property to park a vehicle. The space between each site coupled with the well-thought-out landscaping was such a nice touch. It is very clear this place takes its landscaping seriously. They have irrigated paths with various flowers as well as planted a few aspen trees between each site. There is one building that contains numerous new washer/dryer for laundry as well as very nice showers, a hot tub, and an outdoor gas fire pit. So nice. The other primary gathering space is something you would expect at a nice conference center. We gathered behind it a couple of nights and visited with others around more gas fire pits and one evening where they served smores. That brings me to another thought…events. You can tell they do things to help build community but offer a few events throughout the week. If you like to golf, they have a nice little putting green. Got dogs, a fantastic large fence area to let your pet room and run. Let me mention their hookup connections. Again, so well thought out. Everything is right there, close together which a very nice-looking pedestal that conceals what you would normally see. Review the pictures to see what I am referring to. Lastly, the staff was fantastic. They came by each morning to pick up your trash. Every person from check-in to the groundskeeper had a great servant spirit about them. While the price is more than we usually pay, it was well worth it. We spoke to several people who have been returning to stay there each year and we fully understand why. We will be returning in the years to come.

One of the best luxury RV resorts! Large concrete sites with large green belts on each side. Beautiful club house with many activities. Large well maintained showers and extremely friendly staff.

We had a great stay here. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the sites are concrete, level and nicely spaced from your neighbor. I enjoyed walking the area with my dogs. We enjoyed the waffle breakfast too. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent RV Park with good Wi-Fi, clean restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities that are well maintained. The hospitality is amazing and the outdoor spaces are nice. Pads are level and not to close together, which is greatly appreciated. Nice dog park that is well maintained. Could not ask for a nicer place to stay and will stay again if in the area.

This is a big step up from the average parks where we have stayed. Super clean, hot tub, waffles to your door, frequent patrols by the park (for rule enforcement, I assume), well manicured spaces and common areas, concrete pads... pull through sites, relax and enjoy!

Very relaxing and modern accommodations. We spent an evening listening to music and playing ping pong and another evening learning how to line dance.(Diane and Carol were patient and fun) We wish we had stayed longer at Angel Fire RV resort. We would recommend and will return.

Level concrete sires, each with a patio. All hook ups located conveniently on the site. Easy to navigate, even for large rigs. Excellent bathhouse and a large clubhouse with games, tables, couches, etc. Dog park was good sized with grass (not a bunch of dirt). We stayed on a weekend, so waffles delivered to pad each morning was an added plus. Staff is awesome in every interaction.

This has been my favorite RV park in the 7 years we have been RVing. The park was clean with great amenities, for the holiday season the even DELIVERED FRESH WAFFLES FOR OUR WHOLE GROUP! They had other activities through the holiday and had we known we would most definitely stayed longer. Word of caution, Angel Fire get REALLY cold, so be prepared for sub zero temps if you go, but TOTALLY worth the drive.

We love it here. We stayed for Christmas 2020 and can't wait to get back. The skiing was great. This was my kids first trip to see snow and ski. Can't wait to hit the slopes at Angel Fire again soon!! The RV park is top notch. The restroom and shower facilities were impeccably clean at all times and resort caliber nice. The lovely people working at the RV park were amazing and accommodating. I would give a 6th star just for them if it let me!

We saw the resort while on U-Tube and stopped by as we were in the area with our Jeep. This place looks magnificent! Although we were not allowed to tour the park on our own, the friendly staff showed us a map and pricing. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. The have activities every day and socials you can attend or not. It is located in a beautiful area and looked very well maintained. If I had the $$, I would live here! The office was very modern and had loads of goodies. Great place and I would recommend. Hopefully, we will return with our RV and stay a few nights just to take it all in.

Hands down the best RV Resort we have stayed at. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The waffles and ice cream social are nice, but what relly sets them apart is they pressure wash the sites between guest.

This place is beautiful, well maintained, flowers and landscaping everywhere, amazing customer service with views that are just GORGEOUS! Very family friendly with a lot of amenities including juice and coffee daily, outdoor patio games, a building with a reading area and books, family games, a fire pit with live music, pickle ball, putting green, a workout facility, and a variety of planned events. Do yourself a favor and book this place! We will definitely be coming back!!!

This RV resort is definitely one of the best upscale resorts we have been to in 7 years of RVing. Made the resort a 3-week homebase this August and could have stayed longer. Great location to see most of NM's northeast as well as Roswell, Carlsbad Caverns and White Sands. Staff were superb, plenty of activities including nightly entertainment. Gorgeous walking trail on the resort perimeter. The sites were huge with plenty of space between the neighbors. And thanks to summer rains the entire area is lush and green! Definitely a New Mexico gem! Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful resort, landscaping, great activities and employees. A bit over priced. I would avoid rows 1-2 and possibly 3 if you don't like dozens of horse flies and the smell of horse urine/feces from across the street when the wind shifts in the summer.
