This park is huge, well kept. They offer many activities during the winter months. There's a pool, a gym, you can even shoot pool. The staff in the office are great as well. The downside is the cliques and gossip. I was invited to a potluck with some of my neighbors and the entire meal was about bashing certain other neighbors, and exclusion of those neighbors rather than keeping an open mind and considering the damage. Mostly this seems to be starting from a couple of women, assumptions which leads to judgment. I guess they never got past this in high school. Definitely not for me. I moved.

We stayed as Thousands Trails guests and had a great experience. The pool was heated and grounds were well maintained. The dog run is a nice amenity and all the residents were friendly. Thank you.

The sites are level and have concrete pads. The spaces are a bit tight, but the park is very well kept and not becoming junky over time, like so many are. They have a lovely pond with green space around it, nice pools and friendly people. The only bad thing about this resort is the road noise. It is located on a very busy road where people frequently speed by, and lots of sirens at all hours. The permanent residents further away from the road are fine, but the short-term RVers are put closest to the road, and it is very noisy. While they do accept pets, the dog park is located outside the park right along that busy road, and they definitely do not want dogs doing their business anywhere inside the park, as there are signs prohibiting it literally everywhere. I carried my little dog to the designated area every time, as I am always respectful of their wishes.

Courtney and her staff once again made our stay the best. Nice party on NYE, good music and food. Great RV park, clean and well managed. Will be back in four weeks, and looking forward to returning.

I'm a Florida gal I understand the benefit of putting barefoot on cool grass, or at least sand without torturing your feet with pricky sand spurs This is the ONLY ENCORE PARK With a beautiful water feature and PLUSH SOFT SPUR FREE GRASS to walk barefoot What an oasis for the soul to be able to ground and sit and walk in the grass. And the park is great too. I've been here during Christmas and every road was lined with candle lit bags on Christmas eve. Beautiful touch Beautiful community feel Lots of biking thru the park AND THE LARGEST DOG PARK IBE EVER SEEN IN 100+ RV RESORTS

We've never had such an unfriendly RV experience in all our years of travel. This was an 'over 55' park, so we kind of thought that the 'old-timers' would be welcoming. We had to check in online and they put us in the very back of the park. No one said anything to us, or even waved! (Not only that, but we were next to a military base that had loud 'choppers' taking off.) I think we were confused by the word, 'Resort' in the park name. R.V.'ers are definitely not welcome at this mobile home park.

We are here through Thousand Trails / Encore for a couple weeks. So far we've been here one week and we absolutely love it. We have stayed at quite a few parks and resorts, by far this is one of the nicest ones. It's not too big and not too small, lots of activities if you like that sort of thing. Quite a few Park models and lots and lots of returning residents. One thing we found was that everyone was extremely friendly even if you're only here for a few weeks. We even got invited last minute by one of the residents to the end of the season picnic!❤️ We will definitely be returning in the future.

Loved Thousand Trails Araby Acres! This was our friendliest TT RV Resort to date! From the welcoming staff member who helped us get a campsite away from the front road too absolutely every resident liv8ng or staying there EVERYONE was happy you were there. (Note: Dont stay in the 70's of site #'s...too noisy along the street!) We moved in across from the smaller pool and hot tub #275 which was perfect for us! We stayed in a 45' RV w Toad and backed in on a cement pad trimmed with pavers. Remember you're in the city, rigs will be next to each other... this is not the countryside. 50 amp Full hook-up. Many scheduled activities and one that woke us up with a POP as seen in the last photo! A women's pj breakfast! We couldn't figure out what all the commotion was early morning one day! Peeked out the bedroom window to find all these happy neighbors at a bring a dish b'fast complete with mimosa!!! The pop was the champagne opening!!! We used the pool and hot tub often, it was professionally cleaned each morning by a service company. We liked that it was small and near so near across the street. Public bathrooms and showers were modern and v clean. There us a magnificant mail system to receive letters or parcels at a small cute shed manned by a nice woman 6 days a week w specific hours. (with no extra charge) We did MUCH laundry after 2 weeks of boondocking! You buy a card for $5, it will have $3 on it... you add $$ with either your credit card or $5, 10 or 20 bills. Best laundry we've used, much pride in the cleanliness for sure! Prices reasonable/customary. We visited a sports bar called Weezer's a couple times, Good burgers great hot wings! Central area to touring Yuma Prison, neat dowtown area Luke's Casino/Bar and other points of interest. All stores and needs are within a few miles. We recommend Araby Acres!

Ok park. We were promised a pull through site big enough for our 38 ft MH and car hauler (20ft) without disconnecting. They have NO such sites. Barely enough room for the RV and a small car parked sideways. Trailer stuffed on side to eliminate any room on the site. Only here 3 days. Right on very busy noisy road, no cable or internet for rather steep fee. No picnic table. Laundry requires you purchase a card for $2. Office never open. Not even for check in. Welcome package left in mail box with your site highlighted but no indication on which road is best to take for hook ups and 4 pages of rules in small print. We walked to check out our spot. Good thing we did so we could figure out our parking strategy. It gets 3 stars as water pressure excellent at 60psi, the pool and hot tub are good as are the showers. Not many but this is primarily a long term mini home site. Oh I forgot, for our overpriced lot, we were right next to the garbage cans. People dump their garbage all hours of the night. It was ok, we were not sleeping due road traffic sirens etc. They did not answer their phone directly. Instead we got the Encore service who dealt with Araby Acres. Obviously the main problem. Nice 55+ mini home community with lots of activities but we will not be back as they cannot handle our size and for the price, lack of services. I get it, they are there for the long term community.

This RV Resort in Yuma is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Many RV pull through and back in sites with full hookups 30/50 amp service. Right on 32nd street in Yuma Az. This is an Encore resort affiliated with Thousand Trails. There are mostly full time residents in park models, very well kept. Many nice neighbors, clean and up to date bathrooms, showers and laundry room.
