Just finished a stay of 6 nights in site 14. Very HOT in the sun, but overall good. The last night there was the hottest night though. Did my first Cold Plunge in the Poudre River. Took two tries to get up to my neck under the water. Had planned on taking the dive watch to see what the actual water temp was, but forgot it and didn't want to try it three times.

The campground was so beautiful and so clean! Me, my lady, and my pup had a great time. Freedom was super awesome and super friendly! We will definitely be camping here again!

This was for years our favorite campsite because of how beautiful and the river is close to our camp but this last time we went the camp spot was a mess there are tooo many flys the camp host is this mean woman who is noisy and harassed us every chance she got she rushed us out of our campsite the last day when we were contemplating staying another night and I got a panic attack because of the camp host and her husband I understand that there are people that abuse things and ruin it for others that don’t also I never ever write reviews but that favorite campsite we love turned into not favorite!!

Beautiful. But ... Be prepared for Sun, as some sites have minimal tree cover.

Great camping along the Poudre River Canyon. The spots are first come first serve, we are able to pull up early and snag an available site. There are dumpsters and bathrooms (clean and tidy) every few spots as well as a water spout. Firewood was available from the camp host site for $5. The views of the river and canyon are awesome, and there's a path that you can walk the length of the campgrounds along the water.

Beautiful sites right on the bank of the Poudre River. Literally the CLEANEST bathrooms I have ever seen at a campground. Friendly hosts. Firewood for sale. Will definitely come back again!
