This park and campground is fantastic! These photos were taken the weekend before Thanksgiving. The staff was great. The ONLY thing that would make it perfect would be if sites had sewer. There's a dump station for the way out though.

Beautiful waterfront sites with lot of space and privacy. Very affordable Electric and water sites. Even better, it offers discount on national lifetime senior pass! We stopped by for one night on our back home. So happen it was also pecan season.

Beautiful spot right on the edge of the Arkansas River. Awesome sunsets and good fishing. Not very far from Little Rock, or the airport. Showers are a little dated, but kept very clean by the contractors, as ar the grassed areas. Hosts are friendly and helpful, as are all the people who work here. They obviously take pride in what they do.

Great little spot to spend the night on my way West. I had site f13. Be advised there are a ton of wasps nesting on the underside of the picnic table and the mosquitoes will eat you alive so come prepared. We enjoyed it. It's a beautiful spot to watch sunset and sunrise. Very peaceful

The campground is several miles away from 40 so there is no road noise at all, only the occasional boat or jet ski on the Arkansas River. The site was long enough for us however some of the others would not have fit our truck and trailer. The view of the river was amazing, we would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful park, but needs some TLC. The park is within a short drive to restaurants/stores. Sites were spacious and being next to the lake was very beautiful (esp. the sunset). You will definitely enjoy a quiet, serene and peaceful stay here. The only problems we encountered were the grass was knee deep around our site and entire park, and our site was covered with tree debris - evidence that no one routinely cleans or maintains the sites or grassy areas. Otherwise, I would have given this park 5 stars. p.s. Hubs wanted to backwash our black tank but there was no way to hook up a hose at the dump station.

Who doesn't love willows, right? Great spot for fishing and camping. Beautiful and relaxing. Just the place to put your phones down and enjoy some family (or friends) fun. And with lovely scenery and peaceful quality time to unwind.

I love the atmosphere at Willow Beach Park! Today was absolutely amazing! The park is clean . Every time I visit this park. It’s always clean. If you want to sit out and enjoy a peaceful place of enjoyment with the family. Willow Beach Park is the place. 💯 ❤️❤️❤️

Stayed 2 nights in our Casita travel trailer on the way from NY to TX for rest. Good choice! Roy and his wife Debbie were gracious hosts, good information, kept an eye on all in the park especially late afternoon into the evening by driving thru. Neighbors quiet, friendly, bathrooms decent enough to use. Great to be on the water, especially sunsets. Sites are level, some of the picnic benches have pavilions over them. Also have grill and fire pit near. Next to new children's playground, plenty of space to walk, bicycle within park. There was a wedding in the park and they saw we were from New York and sent us food as a lively way to show southern hospitality. A big thank you!

Went out there to fish but the boat ramps and all the little side banks have DOZENS of water moccasins! The campsite 🏕️ area looks very clean and well taken care of. Do NOT recommend to bank fish this area. We left immediately after seeing 8+ snakes in one area. Will probably be back to drop a boat in and give this area another shot. With that many snakes in the neighborhood I would recommend some snake boots for sure! Give this 2 stars because of the camping area was clean but the rest I didn’t want to even go look due to the amount of snakes in the area.

It's a great place to spend time. Beautiful camp ground. Peaceful area, but yet close to Little Rock.

Got Some Time? Got $5.00 Dollars? Put this location on the to do list for a relaxing adventure for alone or with a group. The waterside picnic shelters are in excellent condition for outside cooking, and with clean tables and protective covering a surprise change in weather would not stop a party. Boat slips and bathrooms are nearby with trees and trails a plenty. Got a good BBall game? Does not matter, even if you suck at hoops, the basketball court have full nets and a clean surfaces for teams to play on or a chill spot to practice. On my visit the bathroom was more than clean, a few dead lady bugs but no Giant as spiders or webs, no insects at all really and on this chilly morn, the heater in the space kicked on while I was taking a poop. TMI? GO Fishing of the bank or by boat, your gonna have a blast. FYI, Plan to stay, wide open spaces offer plenty of room to do your own thing and of course don't forget the Beers!

Beautiful campground with huge spots. Not many spots total but for how few there are they make up for in space and views. Lake front spots are primo but the opposite side is hardly a step down with plenty of open lake views still to be had. Concrete slabs (mostly level), stone picnic tables and 30/50 and water for every spot. Some spots have covered tables and what looks like stone cocktail tables, rad. Boat launch and day use area was pretty and very clean. Bathrooms and showers were warm and clean. Dump station is easy to navigate.

Quiet and peaceful today. Picnic area along riverbank is closed . Fishing towards the entrance is open and families seem to be enjoying themselves on the pier.

Beautiful location on the Arkansas river. We have seen so many different birds here, pelicans, Great Blue herrons, great white egrets, and lots of different ducks. Quiet campground with a guardhouse and lockable gate that is locked from 10pm to 6am. Campers have a code to unlock the gate if you need in or out during those hours.
