This KOA is clean, comfortable, and staff members go above and beyond to make each stay 5 stars. Staff genuinely cares about campers and the facility is great. I will highly recommend to friends and family. I plan to stay anytime I'm in the area. Beautiful place! Thanks again

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Easy access to I-40 means some traffic noise, but neither of us found it intrusive in any way or even very noticeable. Our RV site was very roomy, level, shady and had been properly prepared before our arrival. The staff seem friendly, helpful, and courteous. There was plenty of wide open space in the section of the campground we stayed to walk our dog, and the off-leash dog park was clean and roomy. Off the beaten path yet within 30 min drives to several other areas we enjoy spending our time while in western NC. We plan to stay again.

Needed one night and were very happy with the location (right off the 40, 1 mile) but felt like we were thick into the beautiful surrounding mountains. Care takers were extremely pleasant and we noticed frequent tasks they did in the evening and mornings to maintain a clean well groomed location. You could tell they really wanted to have a nice place for quick visitors or long term comfortable and peaceful stay

We have been on the road for 30 days and have stayed at KOAs, Cracker Barrel, and Loves. This stay was the worst for noise. Interstate 40 is busy all night and next to the KOA. We registered after 5 pm and chose a spot that should have been adequate. The site was very unlevel and it would have been nearly impossible to level our motor home. We moved to a different spot without permission. We never received a WiFi password so we were unable to access the WIFI. Overall, not the best. 🙄

Overall, was a good campground. Clean rest rooms, not any noise from other campers. Some sites aren't level and hope it gets addressed soon. I've read past reviews of this campground about highway noise. Let me tell you that you barely hear traffic noise. No need for ear plugs like some suggest. The checkin was a breeze. I liked the lady and the gentleman who helped us in. Great smiles and attitude. Looking forward to coming again

Nice little stop off the highway. Entry way is pretty steep, but manageable. Road to east is windy and small. Not ideal for larger RV's.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would! My fiancé and I were having trouble with our original site that we were booked at when we first arrived. I went to the front desk to see if we could move to the site next to us. Not only did Kelly at the front desk move us, but she also upgraded us! She was the best in every way, knowledgeable of the surrounding area and each of the individual site.

This was our 1st KOA and we couldn't have been happier. Very clean property and very polite staff. 10/10 great experience. KOA in Eureka Springs, AR is on the list for the next Vacation.

Overall a really great experience. I will say it wasn't a peaceful serene location. The highway is very noisy, there is a bit of construction going on nearby and there is a big antenna tower in the middle of the back loop that occasionally makes loud noise. That being said, this campground really goes above and beyond. They provided little treats for me (chocolate!) and my pup (biscuit!) when I checked in! They do DAILY trash pick up which is so convenient. The bathrooms are clean and very nice. AND there are amazing walking trails all around the property with fairy houses! Overall a great campground to stay at and explore the surrounding area.
