Love the level pads. The close proximity to downtown is awesome! The other places to go to are just great, so close to the winery and brewery is great too. The campground hosts are amazing!!!!

We loved this campground. What a nice surprise. Sites are large and paved with fire pit, picnic table, water, and electric. Dump station is very accessible. Campground is right on a gravel walking trail. Walking distance to downtown with shops and restaurants only one block away. We rode our bikes 3 miles (on a main road with a shoulder) to E T Mahoney State Park and the Aerospace museum. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming! Only comment for improvement is could use more bathrooms.

Nice and clean small campground. Very peaceful in a small town next to Omaha. Liked the location as it was close to Omaha but remote and not a lot of traffic or noise. Campsites are roomy and cement pads. There is no office Only a camp host. Only one washing machine and dryer. But it's a small campground so it worked out ok. Will stay here again if we return this way.

This is a small park. Our site (31) was long enough and very wide. Not super close to our neighbor on the driver's side and no neighbor on the passenger side. Cute little downtown within walking distance. Easy check in process- just went to the site. Never interacted with a host. WiFi worked well. Nice grassy spaces to walk our dogs.

This was our final destination for our family road trip, quite a drive from Vancouver, Washington but we made it. The facility location was perfect and felt almost brand new, it was spotless. The owners really did their homework designing a great park. The roads are nice and wide, the turns were designed with wide radius curves. The actual sites are huge with large concrete pads that are flat and level. The sites come with picnic tables and fire pits. There is only one bathroom, shower and laundry facility. This was not an issue while we were there because the park was not very full, but could be problematic for some if the park was full, but it is in noway a deal breaker. Perhaps additional amenities could be added at a later date? The downtown area is just a short walk away. This place is going to look amazing in a few years when the trees really take off and grow. We will absolutely stay here again when in the area. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

The Flannel Camper 2025 Road Trip: Ashland RV Campground - Ashland, Nebraska

Nice, quiet RV campground located in Ashland, Nebraska.  We have stayed here 2 different times, 1 night each as it's a convenient location for our travels, and the hosts are very nice, the park quiet, and more importantly the rest rooms and showers are clean and work well.  We will definitly stay again when our travels take us on this path.

Gorgeous park that is beautifully maintained. It was quiet and had restrooms with showers. We only stayed for one night but we would definitely go back. Booked online - no fuss - full hookups. They also had a bulletin board with tons of things to do / places to eat in the area which I thought was a really nice touch! 🎉

Stayed 2 weeks for College World Series  in June.  Sites are concrete and have picnic tables with lots of room.  No problems with 50 amp service and great pressure on water.  Only downfall is they only have 4 or 5 sites with sewer.   On site showers and restrooms were clean.  Used laundry room twice, and it worked good.

We enjoyed our stay at Ashland.  The bathrooms and showers were very clean.  There was an easy walk to a quaint downtown, with a great ice cream shop.  The location was great for access to Omaha or Lincoln.  It was quiet and well tended.

Welcomed with a wonderful greeting ,information about restaurants and local businesses.
Just stayed one night. The little town is within a four block walk.
We did have a delicious steak at Round the Bend Steakhouse. Not fancy, but the quality of the  beef was on point.
Ended the night with a stop at Cellar 429 winery super close to the campground had a couple flights of wine and purchased bottles to enjoy ….

New campground, concrete pads, fire pits and tables.  No shade.  Concept good however, we did not notice on the website that there were no sewers, except the host site.  For a new campground, it was laid out poorly…very tight turns with rocks and posts making navigating turns difficult, especially for longer rigs.  No one was there for check in, only a side of the road kiosk - if you noticed it - with a map.  Could be nice with some improvements.

Simple yet perfect. Host greater us as soon as we entered the park and made us feel welcome. Booking online was simple and efficient.  Originally planned to stay 3 nights but added on two more and it couldn't have been easier. 3 bathrooms/showers available and 1 washer and dryer. Kids loved the play ground. Walked a short distance into Ashland and hung out on main Street. Cute town.
