Best RV overnight ever! The customer service is excellent. Full hookups, pull in and back up. It has a pool and hot tub with wonderful views. Seated in an amazing area next to a small kid friendly farm. Has a game room, a playground, lots of family friendly games. This place is perfect for families who want to explore the local area. Hikes connected to the area and nearby. I think the lower overall reviews are from a previous owner or something cause this place is run well, excellent grounds maintenance, clean bathrooms, wifi access, safe! Wonderful. Even the flyers and parking passes are designed beautifully, they pay attention to details.

Very nice camp ground to stay if you’re moving in an RV or camper. Great place if you have kids. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There are some great hikes nearby and there’s a walking and bike trail to the beach. They have cabins too. We didn’t get to see those inside but they seemed nice. They share the facilities with the RVs.

park is super clean and offers lots of activities for kids to do. the game room was fun. our super premium site came with a fire pit bbq and table to sit at. the pool and jacuzzi were great. it had a small walking trail to a river behind the dog yard. they have a store. staff was so polite and great. Will definitely return

The staff here is beyond helpful and accommodating! The back- in sites are beautiful and private. The grounds, bathrooms and showers are spotless; great place for families. Avila and Pismo beaches are minutes away. Farmers market, ice cream shop and petting zoo right across the street…..We’d definitely stay here again

Just being honest

Such a beautiful experience and staff that gave top notch service. From the welcome with fresh baked cookies to the on-site dog park every part of the experience was amazing. If you are heading to the area for a stay be ready for a quiet and relaxing vibe, excellent staff (who will show you to your space, not just give you a map) , a beautiful view and close to so many adventures in Pismo and Avila. My husband and I will definitely be back for a second visit. We have stayed at many places, but this one stole my heart ❤️. It was like camping in the woods with the amenities of a resort/rv park and they have cabins and site wifi. Biggest plus was the dog park, swimming pool and outdoor game area.

We were there this weekend. We had a relaxing time there. Personal helped my husband back up our trailer. We had a perfect spot, next to the pool. We meet some great people. Staff were awesome. An amazing place. We are going to make it our spot to go to.

Nice clean well kept park with fencing in most sites between neighbors. Back in pull through all RV vehicles parking is on gravel surface. All sites have umbrella tables propane fire pits and bbqs. Nice pool hot tub. Good asphalt main roads in park. 3 miles to Avila Beach 7-12 miles San Luis Obispo Pismo beach Oceana

We just got home from our stay at the Avila Pismo Rv and resort park. It was very relaxing and peaceful. It's in a beautiful area. The people who work there are very nice and accommodating. Our cabin was on the small side but very functional with 2 bdrms. It was cute. However the air conditioner didn't work in our place. And the cable was going out intermittently on our 3rd night. We think the place would benefit from a ceiling fan in the master bdrm. But overall we loved staying there and it was close to a lot of beautiful beaches and walking, running trails, hiking. A farm market within walking distance. Like right down the street. Dogs are also allowed there. That was a big plus for us.😍⛱️💜💙♥️

This is a wonderful RV resort! I'm so glad we found it. We are really enjoying the amenities and the location close to Bob Jones trail to ride our bikes to Avila Beach, and then easy to drive to Pismo Beach. Also recommend checking out Pismo Preserve for hiking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Avila Hot Springs, especially the hot mineral soak relaxing and rejuvenating, and kid friendly. The dry RV camping was convenient location but all in all a spot to park, and the overall vibe of the place was peaceful and laid-back. One thing that stood out was the shower setup. It felt a bit odd that males get to shower indoors, while females have to use outdoor showers. Still, the mineral springs made it worth the trip, and we are coming back.

This is my first time at the campground, it is really good! Everything is well taken care of and clean, pool and jacuzzi are great, the grounds are well cared for, dog park, playground, shuffleboard, this place has everything. I would recommend this place to anyone, there is also a great nature trail that is close by so bring your bicycles! My one and only complaint about this campground is there is some freeway noise that you can hear but other than that, this is a great campground. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. They have a lot of things to do in the campgrounds (miniature golf, swimming pool, game room, play structure, dog park, small soccer field, horshoe game). We will be booking another trip in the summer.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. It is a gorgeous area, and the camp ground is so cute! There are some gorgeous murals that are great for pictures (give Ashlyn a compliment for her great work). There is a ton to do on site, there is mini golf, a game room, a playground, a pool and hot tub. You can rent bikes and ride down to the beach, it’s super close by and the town is super cute. We stayed in the cabins which are cute and quaint, well kept up and comfortable. Pancake breakfast on the weekends is super yummy and the movie nights are fun and the popcorn is delicious! Highly recommend staying there!

This campground was great! It was clean, had many amenities, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating ( shout out to Wendy, kids loved her). We needed our fire pit fixed at 8:40pm, they were there quickly, we had a fire by 9:15. It is within walking distance of the free trolley and a great bike/ walking path. Highly recommend for families, lots and lots to do. Game room, shuffle board, pool, miniature golf, movie night, pancake breakfast. Wendy even have the kids a scavenger hunt... extra points lol. Didn't review rooms we stayed in trailer.
