Stayed in spot 40 for 4 nights. Lots of room on both sides, easy to use water, power and sewer. Quite even with it being close to the freeway. Had the windows open all night for the cool coastal air! AMAZING when we drove out for Texas! They had so many amenities… but came to see family and the beach and didn’t use them. The front desk sat was great! Got cookies when we arrived, clear instructions and lay of the park. We will be back!!! We have a 44 ft 5 th wheel with a 3500 ram duly. Easy to get in and out.

Pool and spa were great, clean bathrooms. Bob Jones trail great place to go on a bike/walk outing, stop at the Secret Garden had a glass of wine. Went shopping at the Fruit Barn, ate a corn on the cob while taking a hay ride. Both places where close to our camping area. Took the trolly to the pier. Great 5 day camping vacation at Avila RV Park.

Our stay was so great! We booked too “late” for other campgrounds for summer but thankfully this campground had openings. It is for our annual family reunion. We booked in January for July. We have a big reunion every summer and rented or brought our RV’s. We all had Super premium pull through RV spots. One of our spots has a pet area. The spots were amazing and spacious! We had room for the slide out and the awnings. Each spot comes with a Adirondack table with umbrella, chairs, and extra lower sitting chairs. It came with a propane tank heater that the office came and refilled once a day. Additionally we had a gas grill that was fantastic. The amenities are the campground were so useful and fun. We took advantage of the sunny days at the pool with hot tub. There is also a basketball area, fenced off dog area, 2 sets of cornhole, park, outside shuffleboard, and other outside fun things. Additionally there is an inside area next to the office that has a pool table, shuffleboard, and other games. There is a barn across the street with animals/petting zoo, music, ice cream, fruit, veggies, baked goods, etc. It was very cool. There is a summer shuttle that comes around on the weekends that will take you to Pismo or Avila beach and other stops, for free. The teenagers enjoyed that bit of freedom.

Very Kool place. Family trip. Brought sons friend and they had plenty to keep them entertained. And there was plenty for us adults to stay entertained also. Big restroom with showers . No charge. Everything was clean and maintained. The bbq at the cabin was big and worked excellent. Same with the propane fire pit. Definitely plan on staying there again.

Best RV overnight ever! The customer service is excellent. Full hookups, pull in and back up. It has a pool and hot tub with wonderful views. Seated in an amazing area next to a small kid friendly farm. Has a game room, a playground, lots of family friendly games. This place is perfect for families who want to explore the local area. Hikes connected to the area and nearby. I think the lower overall reviews are from a previous owner or something cause this place is run well, excellent grounds maintenance, clean bathrooms, wifi access, safe! Wonderful. Even the flyers and parking passes are designed beautifully, they pay attention to details.

Very nice camp ground to stay if you’re moving in an RV or camper. Great place if you have kids. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There are some great hikes nearby and there’s a walking and bike trail to the beach. They have cabins too. We didn’t get to see those inside but they seemed nice. They share the facilities with the RVs.

park is super clean and offers lots of activities for kids to do. the game room was fun. our super premium site came with a fire pit bbq and table to sit at. the pool and jacuzzi were great. it had a small walking trail to a river behind the dog yard. they have a store. staff was so polite and great. Will definitely return

The staff here is beyond helpful and accommodating! The back- in sites are beautiful and private. The grounds, bathrooms and showers are spotless; great place for families. Avila and Pismo beaches are minutes away. Farmers market, ice cream shop and petting zoo right across the street…..We’d definitely stay here again

Just being honest

Such a beautiful experience and staff that gave top notch service. From the welcome with fresh baked cookies to the on-site dog park every part of the experience was amazing. If you are heading to the area for a stay be ready for a quiet and relaxing vibe, excellent staff (who will show you to your space, not just give you a map) , a beautiful view and close to so many adventures in Pismo and Avila. My husband and I will definitely be back for a second visit. We have stayed at many places, but this one stole my heart ❤️. It was like camping in the woods with the amenities of a resort/rv park and they have cabins and site wifi. Biggest plus was the dog park, swimming pool and outdoor game area.

We were there this weekend. We had a relaxing time there. Personal helped my husband back up our trailer. We had a perfect spot, next to the pool. We meet some great people. Staff were awesome. An amazing place. We are going to make it our spot to go to.

Nice clean well kept park with fencing in most sites between neighbors. Back in pull through all RV vehicles parking is on gravel surface. All sites have umbrella tables propane fire pits and bbqs. Nice pool hot tub. Good asphalt main roads in park. 3 miles to Avila Beach 7-12 miles San Luis Obispo Pismo beach Oceana

We just got home from our stay at the Avila Pismo Rv and resort park. It was very relaxing and peaceful. It's in a beautiful area. The people who work there are very nice and accommodating. Our cabin was on the small side but very functional with 2 bdrms. It was cute. However the air conditioner didn't work in our place. And the cable was going out intermittently on our 3rd night. We think the place would benefit from a ceiling fan in the master bdrm. But overall we loved staying there and it was close to a lot of beautiful beaches and walking, running trails, hiking. A farm market within walking distance. Like right down the street. Dogs are also allowed there. That was a big plus for us.😍⛱️💜💙♥️

This is a wonderful RV resort! I'm so glad we found it. We are really enjoying the amenities and the location close to Bob Jones trail to ride our bikes to Avila Beach, and then easy to drive to Pismo Beach. Also recommend checking out Pismo Preserve for hiking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Avila Hot Springs, especially the hot mineral soak relaxing and rejuvenating, and kid friendly. The dry RV camping was convenient location but all in all a spot to park, and the overall vibe of the place was peaceful and laid-back. One thing that stood out was the shower setup. It felt a bit odd that males get to shower indoors, while females have to use outdoor showers. Still, the mineral springs made it worth the trip, and we are coming back.

This is my first time at the campground, it is really good! Everything is well taken care of and clean, pool and jacuzzi are great, the grounds are well cared for, dog park, playground, shuffleboard, this place has everything. I would recommend this place to anyone, there is also a great nature trail that is close by so bring your bicycles! My one and only complaint about this campground is there is some freeway noise that you can hear but other than that, this is a great campground. We will be back!
