The maintenance man Greg does an amazing job with keeping the park clean and up to date. The lady named Angela who works front desk is always a sweetheart and always makes me feel welcome when I come into the office. Summer the house keeping lady is always so bright and helpful. Heather the manager is always on top of helping no matter the situation. I will definitely be coming to this park more in the future

I love living here. Clean. Management and office staff are great. Very nice and friendly always. Residents here are very friendly wave all the time. Quiet park. Grounds kept up. Activities are awesome. The office staff and manager helps with any needs you have any issues they work things out with whatever need you need. Checking property out makes sure everything is well. Contacts you right away if there is issue with your home. My water was leaking and they contacted me right away. I would never know of the issue I had on the side of my house. It was great they saw it and contacted me right away so I could get it fixed asap. It could of been a bad situation. I thank them so much for that. We at Bakers Acres have them looking out for us. I feel very safe here. Appreciate them driving around the park often to make sure everyone and everything is okay. The staff and manager are so happy friendly caring polite. Enjoy going to the office to see happy faces. They care about are residents. I love it here.

I bought a home in Baker Acres in June of 2024 and it has been a NIGHTMARE!! Severe Flooding of my lot, and absolutely NO assistance from management to help get back in, it has been ONE month and still can't go back, and still having to pay lot rent!! Not a GOOD PLACE TO LIVE AT ALL ,but I am stuck !!
