I love living here. Clean. Management and office staff are great. Very nice and friendly always. Residents here are very friendly wave all the time. Quiet park. Grounds kept up. Activities are awesome. The office staff and manager helps with any needs you have any issues they work things out with whatever need you need. Checking property out makes sure everything is well. Contacts you right away if there is issue with your home. My water was leaking and they contacted me right away. I would never know of the issue I had on the side of my house. It was great they saw it and contacted me right away so I could get it fixed asap. It could of been a bad situation. I thank them so much for that. We at Bakers Acres have them looking out for us. I feel very safe here. Appreciate them driving around the park often to make sure everyone and everything is okay. The staff and manager are so happy friendly caring polite. Enjoy going to the office to see happy faces. They care about are residents. I love it here.

I bought a home in Baker Acres in June of 2024 and it has been a NIGHTMARE!! Severe Flooding of my lot, and absolutely NO assistance from management to help get back in, it has been ONE month and still can't go back, and still having to pay lot rent!! Not a GOOD PLACE TO LIVE AT ALL ,but I am stuck !!

The park manager is nice however her son thinks it's funny to call people names and when you tell him what your name is not shovel boy he just laughs in your face am I being petty sure but hopefully noone at this park ever has to deal with him

I cannot say enough nice things about this resort but mostly Heather (the GM) was outstanding! We came under not great circumstances (loaning our RV to friends who lost their house in Hurricane Helene) but Heather made it all so easy and even called us personally from her cell phone to help us get situated and set up. Unfortunately Hurricane Milton cut our stay short (our friends had to evacuate to their daughters house for the storm) and we drove over from Melbourne to take our RV back to the East Coast and tuck her away in storage. The park is clean, well marked and everyone we came in contact with was so nice. I highly recommend this resort!

The park is 5 min from anything you want or need. We love it here, mostly due to the hospitality but also the proximity to all that we like. The staff is very accommodating and care about their guests. We've been twice already and will again and again.

Well established neighborhood. Mediocre to non existstant neighborhood exclusive activities or use of extensive facilities in place. Off the main road so it is quiet and only 5 minutes to shopping plazas.

From the moment I stepped into the office I felt welcome Jessica and her staff are impeccable I'm so glad I don't have to deal with arrogant and rude staff you see August 15th I lost my best friend I'm 37 years whom I lived with the past 6 years and called him my companion then September 18th I lost my stepmother both to covid-19 I want to thank c e o Gary and Regional vice president Rebecca for having such an amazing staff to work with thank you again Christopher Kinsey

I had a wonderful experience the two months I stayed. Jessica is very responsive and pleasant. I was accommodated for needing an extension and they even held onto luggage I forgot until I was able to retrieve it a week later. I previously stayed with their co-host and had an unpleasant experience, I would recommend Baker Acres to comparatively. It just goes to show management differences between locations. Thank you guys!
