Decent view and beach area but that can't really save this one in my opinion. The combination of the location and the no dogs rule on the beach from may to sept make this park a dud for any dog owners. There are just way to many other great parks/beaches that don't ban dogs completely and are better.

Tiny little park by the shore with plenty of parking or you can walk here from the camping ground. Cory wanted a shower (external cold water). There are plenty of picnic benches, bins, and a gorgeous sheltered view. We were there at the Labour Day weekend and it was quiet. A pretty little place to have a picnic lunch and gaze at the water.

A lovely quiet park for camping. The campsites are generously sized for tents, and other visitors had campervans (or travel trailers - a big one wouldn't fit onto all of the sites). Each site is surrounded by trees, making it a cooler location. The pit toilets were clean, and park staff were on the grounds regularly during the day. At night the staff were available for purchasing firewood from. Remember to book your stay before 2pm two days in advance of arrival, otherwise it's first come first served for any remaining sites.

Great park. The park attendant was a little bit rude. He insisted that I couldn't run my engine to charge my batteries during the allowed time due to my motorhome having a V8 engine. Insisted I only use half the time allotted. Even when I told him what the park rules stated he still argued his point.

Enjoyed the day walking along the beach and looked at some campsites for future use. Park looks well maintained and the sites look cozy for an overnight stay.

Love this provincial campground!! The rangers are awesome people, the sites are roomy and it’s very clean! One of my faves for sure!!!

Great campground with big sites. Great for families. The hike down to the beach (and even worse the hike back) can be a bit much, but it is totally worth it! Super clean and well kept campground on of my favorite BC Parks.

Laid back place . Great place for family outings. Loved the serenity and the cool environs of this park. The inviting waters and the sand yet rocky beaches are a good place for families to spend their time off. This park is situated North of Victoria not that far though. There are tent sites available and also RV sites to spend your summer vacations or weekends or days off. Toilet facilities available and also swimming facilities. A portion of the park is available even during winter months. A must visit if u r visiting victoria

Beware this place has no showers or flushing toilets. Otherwise, the campground is quite nice. Large sites surrounded by tall trees. Quiet place to enjoy nature, and of course the mosquitoes.

This is a provincial park with a day area, and a camping section. Park is open 8am - dusk. There is a small hike between the camping area, and the day area. Day parking lot has quite a few parking stall. Very accessible with a paved path leading from the parking lot down to the beach area. At the beach area, you can find change rooms, an outdoor shower, plenty of picnic tables and benches, garbage and recycling bins, and an accessible outhouse. This seems like a great place to stop in for lunch. Not much hiking is on the maps at the park, but overall is a place that is well kept.
