Enjoyed the stay and the folks who work there. Nicest folks and helpful. They went Way out of their way to help my friend Deborah. Hope to keep in touch. Stayed in a caboose.

This is a very nice RV park, with a great pool and very nice staff. Very reasonably priced as well. We had a great time.

We stayed in one of the tiny homes here last weekend for a motorcycle trip. The grounds were wonderful and well kept, The tiny house was adorable and very comfortable had everything you might need. I can't speak highly enough about how wonderful Sharon was, Extremely flexible as the weather was trying to ruin our plans and we thought we were going to have to just pack up and go home. Because of Sharon, we were still able to go for our planned ride and she saved the trip for us! We will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

This is my second year spending some time at this park. I really like it. The location is incredible. It's just a few steps from the shops and restaurants in downtown Bandera. I walked along Main Street to the grocery store on the other end of town. It took me 10 - 15 minutes. It was maybe 3/4 of a mile. The folks here are so friendly, both the staff and neighbors. There seem to be a lot of folks here for the winter. They make this their Texas winter home. There are opportunities to socialize here. They do ice cream socials on Sunday, free fitness classes during the week and breakfasts or dinners in the Rec building. The laundry is clean and well maintained. There are 6 washers and 6 dryers and they all work. The restrooms and showers are clean and there's even a full length mirror in the ladies. Since I don't have one in my camper I really appreciate that mirror. The back in sites down by the river look good or there are plenty of pull through sites on the top level. I choose a pull through site close to the laundry for convenience but I think I'll book a back in site next winter.

Travelling from UK on a road trip we stopped here in the caboose for 2 nights. Loved it! The caboose was spacious, clean and everything we needed provided. The location is excellent for Bandera main street, walking distance. The pool was great to cool off. Cannot fault it, Debra was so friendly and helpful as was the handyman (sorry I've forgotten his name). We would have booked it again for a couple of nights on our return journey but sadly it was already booked up.

You will not find a more beautiful park on the Medina river. Pioneer in Bandera is connected to the city park, so you have access to shallow and deep parts of the river. The owners have added a wonderful walking trail along the water edge that is so nice! The laundry room is super clean and the owners are super courteous and helpful. There is something for everyone! You can walk to the cute shops or the famous 11th Street Bar, fishing, swimming, or just relaxing and watching the deer each evening! The spots may be tight but if you just talk to the front desk when you make a reservation and tell them what you need, they are very accommodating.

This is a beautiful park close to downtown with a pool and an enclosed dog area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for spring break 2022 with our 2 boys and Boxer. The park is well kept and the lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Its located by the Medina River which is very pretty. Fredicksburg is only an hour away so we spent a day there shopping. Garner State park is also about an hour away so we spent another day of our trip there hiking (when visiting Garner its highly recommended to purchase day passes in advance as they fill up and will turn you away at the gate). Bandera is also a fun town to explore with shops and restaurants. Overall our stay was great, a few things to mention: 1. The park is located near a busy highway so road noise was loud at times, especially motorcycles. 2. The camping spots are very close together, a little too crowded for me personally. 3. No camp fires are allowed which during our trip was a bummer considering it was in the low 40s at night. They do have quiet hours at night which is appreciated when camping with kids. Overall it was a great trip and you can't beat the Hill Country!

Merle and Rich McDonald - We had so much fun at this park! Super friendly staff, and clean laundry room. So nice to be able to walk right into the town to eat and shop. Also great hiking along the creek. Missed the Mardi Gras this year but will be sure to make it next year! San Antonio 1 hour away, but not a bad drive at all. We drive a 32 ft sunseeker, and pull a small Jeep.
