Absolutely gorgeous park... Streams throughout, wonderful walking paths, dog run areas, very well kept grounds. Our "premium back-in w/fhu" backed right up to the creek, the sounds of water literally lulled me to sleep ❤️ The ONLY downside for us is that the park isn't far from the highway and you can hear traffic. Also, if you are dependent upon the Wi-Fi, it can be spotty at times. Neither would deter us from coming back, we are actually planning a yearly excursion here going forward! Heather (management) gets a great review as well... Very accommodating and helpful ❤️

Cant say much about the rooms as we booked an RV spot. Very friendly staff and beautiful location in the countryside. Had some fun outdoor games for older kids. Could invest in a sandbox and playground for the younger kids.

We stayed at Outdoorsy Bayfield in Bayfield, CO. We were there two years ago when it was Bayfield RV Park. Since then, Outdoorsy bought the park. We were there in early August, 2024. So much has changed. There is no longer prime sites for RVers. Tent type cabins have been built in all the prime spots. The park used to be surrounded by beautiful flowers, which no longer exists. RV spaces are very tight, and the cost per night has gone up. Definately not what it used to be. The river runs through there, which is definately beautiful. Fishing in the pond was good. Probably won't go back. There are several RV Parks in the area that are much more spacious.

The office staff were awesome! We stayed 4 nights - the sites were gravel and fairly level. It's a quiet park and mostly short stays. The sites are really close together (we had our awning out and it could just about hit our neighbor). It looks like new things are coming (hopefully they can reexamine some of these sites). Convenient to Durango.

Our whole family stayed here in July and had a wonderful time. We had 4 trailers all together and had a long grassy spot to hang out. The park is so well maintained. The grass is always trimmed and the flowers around the property are beautiful. All the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. The guys and the kids loved fishing in the ponds. There's even a big grass area where our family played soccer games. We enjoyed our time and we were sad to leave. We will definitely be back.

Great RV Park. Well maintained with friendly owners and staff. Lots of open space to exercise yourself and your dog. Best WIFI of any park we have been in. Cable isn't available at this time, but with over the air and WIFI it's not a problem. Abundant wildlife viewing. Short walk to town through the nature area/trails acrossthe street. Short drive to hiking in the Durango area, Pagosa Springs and many other nearby areas.
