I was looking into a home and didn't know where to go. I came to bayhead and I was attended amazingly by Sandra and Erika. They gave me a tour of the community and showed me all the great amenities. I'm very excited about this community and can't wait to bring my family here.

Best park I’ve ever lived in. It’s kept very well. And after any storm the clean up begins immediately. The assistance towards all residents is outstanding. Management did change hands but they are very attentive to our needs & if there is an issue management works at it feverishly & for that I am very grateful & proud to be a resident at Bayhead Park.

Very disappointed.....four managers in a year...when Doreen was here it was better...now the owners have changed🥺they are more concerned regarding turning a profit...the laundry room has two washers and two dryers....you have a park with multiple mobile units...rv's...travel trailers ...etc. seriously ..is that the best you can do? The park is old and nothing much has been done in 40? Years? They continue to bring in Mobile 🏠's which last week became problematic...as it blocked the exit and entrance way...multiple stray cats run wild...the dog park...proceed with caution because most people don't pickup after their critters...their is no ac in the laundry room which makes it hotter than h... We were promised address signs by another manager for each site...never happened...they charge per site...then you can sign up from Xfinity for Internet...the new management team let's you believe everything is great beware of the lies and deceptions...only stayed there because nothing else was available...danger...danger... Tallahassee is the pits...just like this place. More info will be coming...just watch out! No ⭐'s for you...so disappointed too!!!!! The pool has not been power washed look at all the dirt...oil...etc. on the chairs!

Happy people...happy place...lots of room at every space...the people are lovely...neat and clean. It truly is an Rivers dream...though traffic is heavy on I 90 it's true just be careful, lots of industry too

Bayhead RV… Well kept grounds, beautiful trees that don’t encroach, paved roads, etc. Campers are mostly FSU Boosters, traveling medical professionals, and seasonal folks. As of right now (Nov 2021), there are many Pike Electric contractors camping. Most are quiet but there are a few rowdy ones. Would avoid this campground until management does something about it.

I have been at Bayhead for one year. I am very happy with management and their attention to such matters as: maintenance to the lawns, following up on issues and residents following the rules.!!! It's a very nice quite neighborhood with beautiful old trees.

Traveling Dreams

We have stayed at Bayhead multiple times with our 32 foot motorhome. Our stays have been overnight to a few weeks at a time.The facilities are clean, pool and deck are very clean and inviting and they keep the grass cut. The staff and maintenance crew are friendly and helpful. Sites are large, grass and sand and leveling was not a problem with full hookups. Although off a main road, Highway 90 it feels like you're in the country with trees and quiet enough to hear the birds chirping. Our guests also commented about the park being pleasant. We will stay here again.
