We came to Valdez to do our annual halibut fishing, but the seas were too rough to go out, so we left a day early. Bear paw refunded me for the day we missed, which I wasn’t expecting, but it was sure nice of them to do so. Hopefully next year we will have better weather.

We stayed at the Adult park. It was right on the harbor with great views of the boats coming and going. Clean facilities, nice showers, laundry and bathrooms. Only down side was it is tight, if like us you are pulling a long trailer, have your backing up practice in.

Allover best stay with beautiful view!!! Must go “The potato”and “the fat mermaid “they have good vegetarian options. Espresso café is best for coffee lovers.

The Bear Paw RV Park was very nice and clean. Convenient to everything. They had full hook up. Also had showers! Enjoyed it very much.
