Beautiful park with plenty to do for the non-fishing crowd. There are several trails to explore along with walking along the water. There is also a gift shop, restaurant, several play areas, some pinic tables with grills, and a nice nature center. Another option is to spend a night (or several) on one of the cozy cabins near the spring.

Very nice place to visit, camp, and fish. The store is very cool. The dining lodge is nice, but I highly advise against ordering the roast beef, it is very dry, and very hard to chew it, they obviously know nothing about cooking roast beef. But the park is very nice and enjoyable. I love Bennett Springs.

I love Bennett Springs but it sees lots of traffic and the benefits thereof. Lots of trash at times. I like going when there are less people and to hike surrounding trails and fishing the off beat places…

I've been going to Bennett since I was about 10, and I'm now 70. Our family has had 5 generations going to Bennett. We try to make it there at least 3 times each year. It's a great place to fish camp, ride bikes and enjoy family get togethers.

Bennett Springs state park is beautiful with several campground options and cabins, the fly fishing for trout is great. Restaurant is nice, shower houses and bathrooms are well kept as are the campgrounds. Dog friendly too.

This was a beautiful place to camp with my nephew for his first time. Great campsite with electric. Really helpful staff made everything easy. The general store was well stocked.

What a beautiful park for camping and trout fishing! It has it all. Accommodations from RV camping to cabins, motel units (including some pet friendly). If full, there are plenty of resorts nearby. Great camp store with plenty of fishing supplies. Trout hatchery, beautiful scenery and hiking, lodge restaurant on-site. My favorite camping meal is fresh caught smoked trout❣️

If you are a fly fisherman, you absolutely must visit this park. They have restricted, segregated fishing in the streams at this park. Some are strictly catch & release. There are cabins, some quite close to the fishing. The campground is small, compact, modern, virtually treeless, well maintained, and strictly managed. It has a single heated restroom and shower. I stayed one night here prior to floating the Niangua River. We were allowed to leave our vehicles in the parking lot next to the boat ramp. It was perfect!

Consider this a solid 4.5 🌟, only knocking off a half star due to the construction project, down at the hatchery pools. The staff and campground host made this a lovely experience. I stayed overnight in campground 300 loop and it was quiet and so peaceful. Granted, I was there mid week but my specific site was level and spacious; I'll be booking it, again. The grounds were well kept and the restroom was clean.
