I had customer broke down in their tow rig and towed their fifth wheel here for them to stay while their truck was being repaired.great little camp ground. Very accommodating since i was coming in a semi towing fifth wheel. People were real friendly. Just seemed like a cozy little camp ground.

First couple weeks of our stay we did not have any WiFi for 10 days. After that it was so sketchy it buffered more than worked. We were there for 11 weeks and the last 30 days we did not have water for 4 days due to their water tanks being over 20 yrs old and needing replaced. They told us we had “gravity water” and to fill our tank. Last I checked gravity doesn’t run uphill so no way to fill our tank if we wanted to. Paid our rent the last month 2 days late as my acct had been hacked which was told to them and the office was fine with. Once I had access I wrote them a check but also deducted $100 for the lack of water for 4 days. Check was cashed then they tried to tell us we had to leave and the rent was non refundable. Horrible place! Claim to have laundry facilities which over half the washers and dryers work. And careful because employees tell all campers what’s going on with u.

We stayed one night on December 31, 2025, at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in Kingman while passing through the area. We arrived late and the office was already closed, but check-in was handled well. They had left clear information on the board along with a map showing exactly where we were to park for the night, which made the process easy even after dark. I was towing a Jeep behind a 32-foot Class C RV, and our spot was at the end of the row, making it simple to pull in and get situated without having to maneuver tightly. The site was gravel and had full hookups, including water, sewer, and 50-amp power, all of which worked as expected. Because it was rainy and late, we stayed inside the RV and didn’t explore the park. I half expected it to be noisy since it was New Year’s Eve, but it was actually very quiet. I was asleep by around 10 PM and wasn’t woken up by any noise during the night, which was a pleasant surprise. Since we had to leave early the next morning, we didn’t get a chance to see much of the RV park itself, but it worked well for what we needed. This is a good option for travelers looking for a straightforward, quiet overnight stop with full hookups and easy access, especially if you’re arriving late or passing through Kingman for the night.

Been here a week so far and WiFi is sketch! We have had it off and on for a couple days of the week we have been here. If u want quiet and peaceful it’s good but if u require WiFi don’t bother. Laundry is ok nothing to brag about. Half the washers and dryers r out of order.

We pulled in for an overnight while on the road, Easy pull in site for our larger Travel trailer, spacious spots, nice dog area. Has a small area with some snacks and drinks in the office. I would definitely stay here again.

If you like going without water for up up to 3 days at a time because the owner refuses to put more than a bandaid on the water system. Stay here. If you like mice infestation into your camper that will take you weeks to get rid of stay here. They recently changed all their electric meters to smart meters and the bills jumped 30-40% per month. I was awakened around 4 am to an explosion. Our neighbors electrical hookup melted down, never tripped the breaker on the meter and in the process melted through the tires on his RV. That was the explosion we heard. If you like being lied (one person says one thing and another says something different). Stay here. Or to or not being able to receive mail at the place you are a long term resident. Stay here. Their laundry and shower facilities are dated, dingy and dirty. A large number of the machines are broken. They advertise they are highly rated with good Sam Club but my investigation revealed that Good Sam has no affiliation with them at all. If you like listening to trucks and refrigeration trailers all night stay here. There are better, quieter, honest places you can stay. My recommendation is you do more research, drive right on past this place.

When we got there, there was someone in our assigned spot. We had made our reservations two months prior to our visit. They wanted to put us in the horse camping section but we have a 45 foot motorhome and it isn't good at tight turns. The woman at the front reception kept trying to see if she could move someone else who hadn't arrived yet who had a smaller rig than we had. It turned out that the people in our spot finally left (we arrived there after 3p.m. they should have left at checkout or close afterwards) so we got in our spot. We had to unhook our towed to fit. The site was nice and level, though. The stay started out stressful, but ended up good. We were prepared to just go find a truck stop somewhere for the night but the lady at the front desk really wanted to help us. We do appreciate her for that. I feel someone should have gone to the people in our spot and told them they needed to leave since that was their checkout day, but that never happened. The security guy really went all out to help us. He walked to check out the horse section with my husband so he understood why we wouldn't be able to go to that part (very small, tight turns and a little berm our rig would have had to drive over. We are very low riding). He also went to check out our spot before we drove back to it again to make sure it was clean for us. We do appreciate the effort from both employees. Thank you! The park was clean and felt safe.

We love this park. Blake Ranch RV & Horse motel is always clean and well maintained. The fenced pet area is very nice, clean and gives my 3 dogs a chance to sniff around and do their business before a little walk through the rest of the park. Front desk folks are friendly & helpful. We'll continue to use this as our first stop out of California for every trip! Been stopping here for several years. No photos this time. Perhaps on the next trip.

This is a great little campground right off the interstate, but the highway noise isn't intrusive, just a low humming rumble. There's so much to like about this place. The showers are commendably spacious with excellent water pressure and very clean. The grounds are very clean and feature interesting desert botany. There's even a koi pond, shaded with trees and near a small lawn. Finally, the spacious lots and wide spaces are a welcome change. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will make you feel right at home.

Used the horse facilities and parked the RV in a pull thru space nearby. Stayed on the way to Las Vegas and the way back. They had great difficulty making the reservation and made mistakes with both dates, Information had to be repeated to them up to 5 times before they got it and it was still wrong when we got there. The horse stalls are spartan to say the least, Hard dirt floors, boards missing from walls., wheel barrow with flat tire that they expect you to use to haul your manure off .It did have generous space for loading, unloading and turn around for a truck and large trailer. Desk attendants not particularly friendly. Understand there is a horse motel near WIlliams that we will use next time.

Great stop near KingmanAZ for big rigs our site was close to a double wide and likely 100’ long. Hookups were good, some I40 road noise and truck stop noise large fenced dog area. The RV has plenty of walking space all gravel.

This was our second time staying at this rv park. It's great for in and out overnight stay. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Bathroom and showers were very clean. The Iron Skillet and fuel station are very close.

We stayed over a night, and managed to mess up our reservation... They took care of it quickly allocating "my favorite site". Water was 30 psi and power was stable... For a windy cold stopover on the way west and south we were happy with our choice and impressed with the service.

ABSOLUTELY no TV or radio signal in this park. If your using Verizon little to no signal in this park. Not sure what they were doing, but got charged double for electrical every month. After protesting they finally gave me my money back. Got out before they could do it again. Park is showing its age with poor repairs being done. Very friendly staff, but if there's a problem it's a corporate mistake. That's takes days or weeks to get resolved. Personally will not come back to this park unless just an overnight stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights at RV Park. Called late and Jeffrey answered the phone pleasantly and was very helpful. Spaces are level with gravel and have a small picnic table. I felt safe and the park was very quiet at night. Facilities were spotless and shower worked well. I would definitely stay here again.
