First time we camped here with friends. Definitely planning to come back. Great weather during daytime, though still quite cold at night. Beautiful views all around our campsite by the river. For nature lovers this is a great place to visit. You can hear birds all day, sit and watch all scenes by the Owens river. If you're a fisherman this may be paradise. Families enjoyed floating/tubing down the river. The water temperature was very pleasant. One thing we would probably wish is for the campsite to have full hookups, though of course that will increase rates significantly.

Very welcoming hosts. Super quiet. Arrived on a Tuesday without reservations and got a riverfront spot. Beautiful and serene place to watch birds while the Owens river swiftly flows past. Some generator noise but neighbors ran them only briefly. I had a hot shower in late afternoon, however my husband's shower was tepid when he showered in the morning when it was busy. Efficient laundromat.

This campground is beautiful and the amenities make it feel more like “glamping”. Showers, restrooms, laundry, a mini store, ROOTBEER FLOATS!!!!! Peaceful fishing, good size camp sites, but no trees, so be prepared and bring a shade source. The staff is kind and the grounds are very well kept. This has become one of our top 5 sites.

Took my son here to do some fishing and for his first camping trip. We were tent camping and it went well. Lots of wind on the first day but it kept us cool and make for some killer kite flying which was also a first for my son. The lady in the general store was a kind and informative woman. They really enforce the speed limit to keep kids safe. We saw a cattle drive in the distance and the fishing was great. We were at #52 which was a great spot. Definitely coming back.
