This campground is beautiful and the amenities make it feel more like “glamping”. Showers, restrooms, laundry, a mini store, ROOTBEER FLOATS!!!!! Peaceful fishing, good size camp sites, but no trees, so be prepared and bring a shade source. The staff is kind and the grounds are very well kept. This has become one of our top 5 sites.

Took my son here to do some fishing and for his first camping trip. We were tent camping and it went well. Lots of wind on the first day but it kept us cool and make for some killer kite flying which was also a first for my son. The lady in the general store was a kind and informative woman. They really enforce the speed limit to keep kids safe. We saw a cattle drive in the distance and the fishing was great. We were at #52 which was a great spot. Definitely coming back.

The campground is OK. I feel like the prices are kind of high for not having any hookups at the sites or even a dump station on the property. Our site, #20, had a ton of nails right where you would park your truck and rv. Not very happy about that... But the ladies at the general store were friendly and it was a nice store with drinks and ice cream.

Fantastic private campground on the river. Tons of fun floating down the river with friends. Beautiful scenery, our dog loved going swimming constantly.

Dry camp, wide open, beautiful view of mountains around you. It's mostly RV and fishing by Owens River. The shower and restrooms are clean. Kelly at the check-in was very helpful. Expect generators in the daytime and ATVs. Reminder to outdoorsy dog owners, please pick up your dog poop and don't let them poop in vacant sites. Be a responsible pet owner. No shade and flat. There is no dump station here. Enjoy your stay.

What an escape! While we didn't fish, it looks like everyone else was having fun fishing. My only complaint is for a place with. I hookups, I thought it was a little steep on price. Still, we'd go back just for the views and remoteness. Thankfully, there weren't many people in the area.

We haven't stayed here yet, but have driven through the park a couple of times. Widely spaced site, some grass, a small store with showers. It's right on the shore of the Owens River. We will stay here in the future, just got to commit.

Just spent 4 days there. The sites are perfect. No wall to wall RVs, lots of breathing room. Our Family was able to share time with each other on Sat. and celebrate the lives of 3 brothers we lost last year. Everyone was super impressed with the size of the space so we could all get together, (we did rent 2 side be side). I couldn't get over how CLEAN the entire park was kept. The bathrooms were always clean and stocked. The gentleman cleaning the bathrooms and showers deserved much respect for his work. I can say that everyone spoke well of the campground and I got plenty of thanks for setting up the event. The team assembled at the Brown's Owens River Campground made me look good. More importantly everyone felt welcomed and have all returned home and safe. 10 STARS!! if I could. Be well and have a great summer. Thanks Bill

We had a family function last weekend. 5 out of 14 people stayed at the campground. All 14 gathered together last Saturday for a BBQ. Everyone was very impressed with the site. Beautiful setting. Plenty of space and yes the cleanest bathrooms we've seen at any campground. Trash cans were always picked up and usable. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job. 5 Stars from each of our family.

Great time every year. Good fishing. Nice general store. Clean bathroom and shower. Beautiful scenery of the Sierras. Mammoth Mtn Just a few miles away. Bishop just 50 miles away. Pleasant ride. Very peaceful. Clean fire pits. Crowley lake and Convict lakes are just minutes away. Reasonable prices. One of the Sierras greatest gems.
