Spots are large with front and back yard. Laundry room is absolutely trash. The grass is never cut. Always having water issues. The road has so many potholes you drive a zig zag. It is a promising park but it is quickly going down hill and yet they continued to raise rent without any upgrades. Trash is always overflowing.

Excellent spot for the night while traveling, easy access. Large pull thru level sites, full hookups. Pet friendly. Staff support was exceptional.

Here for work at the data center north west of Abilene. Owners were friendly and helpful at booking and sites are long and easily accessible, quick on/off to the interstate. Walmart, coffee shops,shopping and church is just a 12-15 minute drive. $100 cheaper than where we previously searched and same distance to the job site. Kind of a country feel and no loud noise like jets or trains which is a big plus! Very peaceful place thus far.

No frills, no pool, and no bath house, but the sites are level, long and pull-through; the utilities work fine; and it was clean and pretty quiet. We didn't see a camp host or staff. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the website said it had a pool and bath house. It had neither. Nice place to spend the night, but I probably wouldn't stay much longer.

If you're looking for quiet and roomy, look no further. Many sites have enough trees for nice shade in the summer heat, and all sites are HUGE. A very nice young couple own & operate the park and live on-site. They're clearly building a future, so I would expect even better things to come. I won't need to shop around for future stays in the Abilene area.

Great stopping place for RVs transitting the area. Quiet, clean, easy access and inexpensive.

We were totally impressed by this clean little campground. Big wide spaces. Friendly guy checking us in. We paid $28 for the night and that’s unheard of now a days. We would stay there again.

Our experience here could have been great. -super long pull thru sites -grounds seem well kept with little litter (some around the outskirts) - far enough off the freeway to buffer a lot of the noise -trees on most sites The reason our stay was NOT good was: two rows over someone had 3 dogs caged in an approx. 10x10 pen. These dogs barked day and well into the night until the negligent owners pulled them inside. It was non-stop barking! On our last day they finally pulled out. We'll probably give the place another try bc like i said it was good for all but that one thing.
