Thee best RV resort in Orange Beach. Upscale, luxury camping. Beautiful setting, Each location has its own Tiki bar and fire pit. Lazy river, pool, private pools. Top notch resort. Looking forward to our next visit.

We have stayed at many RV campgrounds and resorts, this resort is in our opinion comes to one of the top. Personnel is very friendly, spacious lots with streets are in pavers, block away from the beach, it has a nice lazy river, swimming pools ( indoor heated, and outdoor), waterslide; they even have some sites with swimming pool of their own. Highly recommended if you are in a class A big rig they have a limitation of 32 feet or longer. I think they do allow super C also.

What a wonderful stay. The resort is kept immaculate. Staff is wonderful (thanks, Melvin). We stayed at site 82. Top shelf site, loved the casita and amenities. Easy to maneuver a 43' diesel pusher around the resort. Highly recommended. Check out the Ruby Slipper for brunch.

We Loved the stay at Buena Vista, we stayed in spot 9 which let my daughter and her family stay in the bungalow while I stayed in the coach. Amenities' were amazing, and we were directly across for the motorcoach's access to the beach, so that was very convenient. The whole complex is well maintained and very beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Can't say enough good things about our experience at Buena Vista. From the site and well-equipped coach house and RV hookups to the store front and amenities. We felt welcome, safe and ready to relax. Leaving to go out for dinner or activities was easy and returning as well. No delays or unnecessary check-ins. The outdoor water activities were on the cold side because of the time of year, but that didn't stop us from braving the cold waters to relax in the awesome lazy river. We took full advantage of the indoor hot tub almost every night as well. The staff was friendly and always available to answer questions. The campground was very well maintained and generally calm. The coach house was clean and spacious and worked perfectly for our guests (we stayed in our RV). We will definitely be returning.

The moment you pull up and enter the lobby you’re greeted by friendly faces full of knowledge of the area. Their property is well maintained, you can see everywhere you turn they take pride in their work. We loved how many pools, pickleball courts and entertainment spaces on location there was. This motor coach park is pet friendly and even has a safe enclosed dog park across from the lazy river pool. Our dogs really enjoyed their walks around the beautiful grounds. The park is set up for entertainment and relaxation without leaving the gates. The lazy river pool was huge and well kept even in February. Beach access was easy to navigate on foot. Shops and more local fun were a 6 minute uber ride for us. ( uber had very short wait times) Starliner Diner was a great spot to eat breakfast and there are two locations if you’re looking for a unique trip back to the 50’s. Our site was 109, which featured a pizza oven, grill and covered outdoor kitchen. We loved the tiki covered seating beside that and the nice propane fire pit area. This site felt private. Our family had the best time here. The staff were very accommodating and we really had a great time.

Buena Vista Motor Coach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama is an absolutely beautiful upscale RV Resort. We stayed for 45 days. The Good: The indoor pool and hot tub are great for cooler days and the fitness center and clubhouse are well maintained and CLEAN! The reception area offers ice for sale as well as shirts, hats, souvenirs, etc... The restrooms near the indoor pool are also very clean and have showers with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. You must bring your own towel. There is a lazy river with a rock waterfall and has a great water park type slide. The kids will love the lazy river. In the back of the resort near the pickleball courts is a salt water pool that is quiet and out of the way. The sites and roads are all pavers and are large and well appointed with full hookups. The outdoor kitchens with firepit can be reserved and are definitely the way to go. The most impressive thing for us is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Ann, Joe and Melvin in the maintenance and outdoor areas are on point and are at our beckoned call. Louise and Diana in the welcome center have helped made our stay a memorable one. The lake has a resident alligator and the small mouth bass are plentiful for catch and release. There is a back gate for direct access to the miles and miles of trails for hiking, biking and yes, ebikes are welcomed. The beach access is right across the street with very easy access. The Bad: Restaurants are not within walking distance and shopping (while good) is quite spread out. Most attractions are within just a few miles. The Ugly: Buena Vista Resort is expanding rapidly, so the construction noise is every day from 8am to 5pm. They do give us a break on Sat/Sun. Overall BV can't be beat!!

This was our third visit to the resort. We stayed at site 84 twice and this time we picked site 4. Site 4 is at the front of the resort with a screened porch with an upper deck that gives you a glimpse of the Gulf. Even though it is next to the beach road, the noise wasn't bad. We and our two dogs had a great time.

We were in town visiting with friends and had a great time. The park is beautiful and beautifully maintained. We loved the alligator that spent every day sunning on the shore straight across from our site. We rented e-bikes at the office & were able to exit out the back of the resort & spend an afternoon riding the trails in Gulf State Park. We will definitely stay again!

First time at this resort and we completely enjoyed it. Spotless, well-manicured resort with a great outdoor pool area (didn't get around to trying the heated indoor pool). Loved staying in our RV with the house right next to us where our daughter's family stayed. This will become an annual event for us.

This place is beautiful, clean, and so much fun! If you have a class A or a Super C motor coach I would highly recommend. The staff is friendly, the sun sets are amazing and it has awesome wildlife. There's beach access and it backs up to Gulf Shores State Park with easy access to paved trails. With the lazy river, a salt water pool, indoor heated pool and a hot tub there's never a lack of splashing and relaxing to be had.

We had a fantastic time with our family at BV resort. We were on site 8 with the Coach house. The house was very well appointed and had everything we needed for a great, stress free trip! The pools and lazy river were wonderful; our whole family enjoyed them! I would advise bringing your own float with a seat for maximum enjoyment. The beach area was so nice; not crowded at all like the condo areas were. We can’t say enough good things about this place. We have already booked another stay!”

Thanks, Team Buena Vista Motor Coach Resort! Had a great time during our stay in site #14! Spacious, flat, paver-ed slab! Loved the green space and landscaping! Beautiful to be on the lake with the fountains to enjoy sunset! Loved the fire pit and tiki with fan, lighting, seating, outdoor kitchen! Amenities fantastic- indoor pool and spa, outdoor pool, lazy river, pickle ball, golf carts, access to Gulf State Park trail system, beach access, camp store and merch, complimentary coffee/donuts, coach houses, etc… tremendous options for outdoor fun and access to shops/restaurants! Beautiful! Can’t wait to return!

Loved staying here! The site was in a great location! It was quiet, great view of the small lake/pond! Enjoyed the covered area with built in gas grill. We took advantage of the community pool in the back, the lazy river near our site, and the indoor swimming pool on a stormy day. The beach was close by. We took our Jeep over and spent the day. Close to several restaurants and shopping areas. We will definitely return for another stay in the future.
