We have been staying at Class A Resorts now for over 6 years. This is our first time to Orange Beach and Buena Vista, and WOW! Great location right across the street from the beach, with private access to the beach, was great! The fact that I pulled our 45' coach into our spot on the first try speaks loudly about how you thought about the drive and the lots. Beautifully landscaped, and the onsite pool was a great addition and a great option when it was too windy at the beach. We had a lot with a full outdoor kitchen, and we used it every night (including a pizza oven). Every day we were outside ALL day. We had three sitting areas, which gave us lots of room to just hang out. The best part was access to twenty-nine miles of bike trails as part of the state park. That was a game-changer for us. We rode every day and don't think we saw all of it. We (meaning our two sheep-a-doodles) LOVED the dog park. Just enough to get some of that energy out. We have officially put Buena Vista on our "come back to" list! Thanks for giving us a memorable vacation!

Absolutely wonderful spot with lake frontage with beautiful sunsets, deck area and large outdoor kitchen with seating for everyone Located across from lazy river. The resort has all the amenities for your perfect vacation with private beach access, adjoins state park with miles of biking and walking trails. Staff is friendly and inviting and there for anything you may need. Stayed on lot 20.

This has been one of the most beautiful resorts we have stayed in. Its location can’t be beat! Within walking distance to the beach and state park is a dream. It is immaculate and very peaceful. Well worth the money. We will book again!

This is hands down our most favorite resort in the US. This was our second time here, and it was even nicer than when we visited two years ago. The staff is so friendly and efficient - no badgering you about arrival ETA, they just sent us the information we needed when we needed it - and they do a fantastic job maintaining the resort. We absolutely love the location, nestled between the beach and Gulf State Park. And the quality of the sites and amenities are unparalleled.

Very nice resort. This review is a shout out to Angie in the office and Lee her husband. Just our 2nd trip out a/our RV. Had a slide issue, cable TV is ( user error) and a couple other issues. Lee voluntarily came over and helped us. What great help!!

Our family of five had an absolute amazing time! Staff were over the top, friendly and helpful. The facilities were immaculate. The lazy river was just perfect. Enjoyed getting to know some of the fellow campers. We will certainly be back from Tennessee!

This was our first stay at the resort and we were running a little late arriving. The staff member on duty called to check on us and then waited 30 min after her shift to escort us to our site, which was so much appreciated. Everyone on the staff was kind, courteous, and welcoming. The resort was immaculate. The lazy river was relaxing and also fun with the kids. The staff hosted a themed dinner at the pool which was great! The beach access was clean and spacious. You have so much room on the beach without the crowds of surrounding area. We can't wait to come back and stay again next fall.

Guest services. 5+ stars (thank you Tonya) Maintenance 5+ Stars Campground amenities 5+ stars (Best outdoor pool/lazy river/water slide design I’ve ever seen. Indoor pool and hot tub were perfectly heated and well maintained as well) Campsites 5+++ Stars (Individual campsite amenities available are truly impressive and regardless of what you choose, every site is large and beautifully landscaped.) There is nothing negative I can say about this resort itself. Do keep in mind, you will need a car or service to take you anywhere you need to go. The only thing truly within walking distance is a really cute restaurant/bar called the Flying Harpoon. So far, great drinks and kind staff. Review to come.

We came for Fall Break at the beginning of October and had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this resort. It was super clean, had excellent amenities, the Wi-Fi worked great and the people were very nice. The lazy river and pool area were great and the showers, bathrooms and laundry facilities were clean and well maintained. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely rv resort stayed here august 2021 Motor coaches only and age appropriate coaches Lots were huge and very nice Most had some sort of amenities. We stayed on lot 21 Covered area fire pit and nice chairs Lazy river and pool were nice and not crowded - they had provided float tubes when we went. Water was clean and relaxing, plenty of tables and chairs Easy card access to come and go We never saw any staff except the day we checked in. Usually at a resort of this stature you’d see them running around everywhere but didn’t bother us, just thought was odd we didn’t. Improvements: The grounds were pretty and up to date but some of the weeds in the pool area deck and at some lots were not well Kept for a park of this expense. All access to fishing pond : Not sure where all guests can access the fishing pond - was overgrown all around and did not find a access point to fish…. Only ones we saw were the private gates attached to a lot.

More eateries and market accessibility within walking distance would be nice. Beach access within a close distance is needed. The park is beautiful!
