I stayed in a little cabin 2 cottage like it's got 5 of them lined up in a row. It's got a pool , 3 or 4 showers, and 1 has shower bench, and the showers and bathrooms are located near pool. And it's also has a lot of spots for RV's and pull along campers and a very beautiful place to stay, and security people patrolling the camp site area. No one boughters anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool is beautiful!! The staff was very helpful when we realized we had booked the wrong type of site. Our dogs loved the dog park. The bathhouse was clean.

We love staying at this campground. The location is perfect with anything you could possibly need very close by. There are lots of adventures within 1-2 hours. The old oaks in the campground are beautiful. The office is very accommodating. The highlight is the activities at “the roadhouse”, bingo, game nights, food and the bar. This made our stay so much fun. We will definitely be back.

I stayed here for a week with a 43ft fifth wheel RV. Had an overall decent stay. First let’s clarify that this is not a resort. The quality of grounds and amenities are not resort style and there are no other offerings. The RV sites and roads are inconsistent. Some roads are gravel, other sand and some paved. Some RV sites are paved, some dirt and sand and some are just grass. Looks messy and disorganized. We settled in a space that fit us okay and were overall satisfied considering some of the spots we saw. Part of the campground seems to be residential and there were many structures there- some trailer homes and some RV left to rot or perhaps still habitable as I saw a few dogs chained outside on some properties. The section where temporary guest park is somewhat better maintained. The pool looked to be very clean and the area around it tidy. The laundry room looked clean. The activity center only opens in the evenings and mostly older folks hang out there for bingo. There are no kid or family friendly amenities or activities. The location is okay with being in the middle between Daytona Beach and Saint Augustine. Nice neighbourhoods near by and shopping centers where you can get everything you need. Beware of the roads with sand here. We watched a Class A for 3 hours trying to dig out of a sand ditch they got stuck in while backing into their spot. We never met or interacted with staff while here. We did enjoy the short walking trail and the big trees. Overall we would not return here unless we absolutely need to make a stop in this area.

I really did enjoy staying here because it was so peaceful and quiet. I love how that there was a great way to go to the ocean or go in the opposite direction to all the major stores. I will say, though that their office staff is not good. One lady is friendly and the others could care less about what you want or need. One time I went in there to ask a question and there was a toddler running around with toys everywhere. This didn’t bother me but what did bother me was that the lady behind the counter could care less about why I came in and only seemed to care about paying attention to what the kid was that she was babysitting rather than what I ( a paying guest) needed. They even gave me the wrong information on where to park and it was a whole mess for almost a week before I could figure out the correct direction from the maintenance man. There are two maintenance guys there and both of them are very friendly and helpful. It’s hard to judge everything else because this was only a few weeks after a recent hurricane and I know they got hit pretty hard with tornadoes. The pool and laundry room were nice and clean. Would I go again? Yes. Do I consider it a very nice resort? No. It definitely borderlines on a “trailer park” rather than a resort.

Needs maintenance. Camp spots are on top of each other. No one to help you to your site. Staff is nice. No refund if you don't like the camp spots. I won't be back. It was nice several years ago.

Not my cup of tea for camping. No one on staff at night to keep people out of the pool. Bar on site is open to the public. Just not a place I would go to camp.

Beautiful RV park. Office is very helpful and friendly!! They respond right away to any issues. We have been renting from them for many years now. This year we had RV sites, cottages and cabin. Everything was great. Very crowed since it was thanksgiving but all quiet by curfew. Nice bike ride thru the area and lots of things to do. The cottage we stayed in was so nice!! Very clean, new, modern, had all amenities needed and beautiful front porch. We positioned our families together and had a great time. Would definitely recommend. So much to see and do in the area as well. A perfect location.

We have stayed at this RV park twice now. Both times were enjoyable. The park was clean, quiet at night, and scenic. The pool area is well kept, and the pool is very good sized. The deep end is 6 ft. We did not use the bath houses so I can't comment on the cleanliness. The Flagler beach area is near by, with plenty of restaurants, and bars facing the ocean, and other various shops. Flagler Beach has a pier for fishing, and sightseeing. It is a very pretty beach.. Marineland is not too far north of Flagler Beach on A-1A. There is a Publix grocery store within a few miles of the RV park as well as a McDonald's. I don't know what the nightly rates are to stay here because we are Thousand Trails members so our camping was free. I would stay here again
