Dont move here! We were taken advantage of because we were desperate. The trailer is not level, the power shuts off if we plug in a space heater (no heat or air). And there are leaks around the doors and windows and this is the nicest they had available. Some he called move in ready had holes if floors and walls. There are no floors just pieced together sub flooring with soft spots everywhere. We paid $2200 to move in and $1200 a month rent to own. Had a contractor look at it and he said this place is not worth $1200 nor is it worth sinking money into to fix it up. He is shady. Literally was adding his personal fee to the deposit for "his time spent showing the places". Literally took 6 groups at the same time and you got 5 minutes to look before he moved to the next trailer. Many of the major issues were intentionally hidden.

Impossible to talk to owner! Biggest issue is property manager! Who will not have property owner contact tenants & will not provide property owners contact information. All tenants who have issues with manager, are told "I can evict or terminate, without any reason, by law"! Then given a court date for termination & never able to relay concerns about property manager, to the owner. Resulting in many homeless families, who have spent entire savings & income, just to lay flooring, rewire house, fix plumbing, paint, ect ect ect, just to make home livable & rent to own be terminated FOR NO REASON!

The owner really cares about helping people, and he works hard each and every day to make the park a better place in which to live! Also, the rent to own plan here is better for everyone, you can actually own your own home and take pride in ownership.

All of the trailers are rent to own or sale and its your responsibility to make your own repairs. It is a great place to live I have been a resident off and own here many years and just moved back and I own my trailer. Only reason why people are complaining is because they didn't want to make repairs to their home or the got evicted for foolishness or non payment of lot rent and trailer and left the homes trashed. Jerzey is a wonderful property manager and will tell you like it is he doesn't put up with any type if foolishness or riff raff and he keeps the park clean. Anyone tries to say different I'll bluntly tell them off I'm very happy to be back home.

If I could zero stars here, I would. I was pregnant when I was living in the trailer. I fell through the floor and ended up having a miscarriage with one of my twins. To top it off the judge that helped evict me, thought I was lying. It is a horrible place to raise a child. Drugs and thefts all throughout that place.

This place is horrible.... Just a few days here and the property manager has gotten us playing the run around games and its getting annoying....The place is flea and cockroach infested.... He's expecting us to move in without water or air...... THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND WILL IGNORE YOU ONCE YOU'VE MOVED IN..... WE will be seeing YOU in COURT SOON!!!!

Me and my fiance was renting to own one and a tree fell on it after 3 months of living there and the manager did nothing to help. We were left homeless and the owner didn't contact us or nothing to help. The fixed the trailer and rented it back out to new people still leaving me and my fiance homeless. Bad people and do not care about the people.

A lot of good people live in this place. Not that many people take care of their yard and trailer. The community should get together snd and set simple rules of how the place should look. Low income should not mean to live in dirty conditions.
