We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the resort. We had a 4 night cabin stay just 4 days before the flood. The staff was very friendly and the cabins were clean, comfortable, and nice. Our prayers are with the staff and all the people impacted by the flood. There are so many great losses ! God bless

When I hear the word, "resort," it makes me think of something kind of fancy. This isn't fancy. I'm starting to realize the word "resort" just means full hook ups. The river is about a quarter mile away and the river bank is raw/ undeveloped. The picnic tables are in need of replacing, The pool is teeny tiny, the grass needed mowing and camping spots were right ON TOP of each other. But it was clean and service was polite.

Good river access, modern cabins, very clean. Loft area in cabin is only for kids, not adults. Tent camping allowed near river, not crowded together, port-a-cans in the area. RV area is pretty tight. Only public restroom/bath house is located up the steep hill near the office. Beautiful grounds for fishing, swimming, walking. Lots of shade. Dependable river flow. Pet friendly.

We had an amazing getaway over Memorial Day weekend. There was a bit of noise outside on Saturday night, but it was otherwise quiet and peaceful. It is a great place to vacation with well-behaved dogs.

HTR Texas Hill Country RV Resort May 2025 We truly enjoyed our stay at HTR Texas Hill Country RV Resort. From the moment we pulled in, it felt like a peaceful retreat nestled in the heart of Texas Hill Country. The grounds were immaculately maintained with a nature-inclusive feel that made us feel at home. During our brief stay, we spotted what must have been a hundred deer roaming freely through the area—a beautiful sight to wake up to each day. It was also a practical stop for us, as we needed nearby repair services for our RV, and thankfully, the area had what we needed. The staff here were constantly at work tending to the grounds and facilities, and their efforts were evident in every corner of the park. The reception team was both friendly and helpful, answering all our questions with a smile. Quiet, scenic, and well-run, this RV resort is the kind of place you remember and return to. We would absolutely recommend HTR Texas Hill Country RV Resort to fellow travelers looking for comfort and tranquility in the Texas Hill Country.
