Cute little campground with a wonderful host. It was perfect for an overnight stay. There is a biking trail you can pick up just across the street and runs 72 miles. We walked several miles and found it peaceful and lovely.

Very friendly folks and excellent service.  The only reason this is not a full on 5 star is you can hear the Hwy, but it’s very convenient as well.  The sites all have nice little grassy area. No gravel. Very reasonable cost. Water and electricity hook up. A lot of green space around the campground.  Just a minute to town to stalk up on supplies. 5 star showers and laundry.
Moose are frequent visitors.

Truly a life saver location and family owned spot when my family had a last minute cancellation issue with our trip back home to MT (truck trailer camping). The owners never hesitated to help us out and even gave us a killer deal, which was so generous as we were given a great spot with full hookups and my 5yo son was able to enjoy his camp fire time before bed. Still a quaint and wonderful spot for how close it was to the interstate, I pray this spot stays open for many more years to come for all to enjoy as we did. We can’t thank them enough and keeping humanity peaceful in such a cute little location. Bless the owners!!!

Great campground! Hosts are wonderful and friendly, bathrooms are clean, overall just a great place to stay! We will definitely return when in the area again

You can still camp in nature without having to drive 30 minutes to town because you didn't bring enough bug spray. The owner is amazing and she picked the best staff!! I will come here again for sure.

Traveling thru Idaho trying to find a safe place to stay last second, By The Way was a lifesaver! We stayed in early January during the slow season. The spots and common areas were tidy, the bathroom cleanliness blew us away, and Dave and Bonnie were very hospitable and kind. The location is great too - right off I-90 and easy to find. Would stay again!

This is a great place to stop off for an overnight stay while either passing through or staying for awhile. The camp attendant has always been great! Location keeps you just off of the freeway while still being able to access the backwoods of the Silver Valley.

Awesome place , great prices,clean, spacious, close to local businesses,right off highway, park close by. Also the manager is amazing and couldn't ask for a better guy to help you. Would I recommend it? Without a doubt ..

We stopped here on a camping road trip from Colorado to Washington and needed a last minute spot to stay. Dave was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for the night. They even have complimentary wifi for guests! The camp spot is in a very convenient location but is also right off the freeway, as some other people have mentioned, which does make it susceptible to some heavy noise. Luckily, we're used to living and sleeping right next to a busy intersection at home, so it didn't bother us, but some people may be put off by it. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and it's very affordable for all the amenities that are included. Will be coming back here if we ever need a camp spot in Idaho again!

This campground has everything you need for your stay.  The owner, Dave, is always around if you need something. He has on-site washers for his campers.  He has very good wifi. The only negative thing I can say is that it is just off the interstate, and in a tent camper,  you can hear the traffic. It does quiet down about 10 pm  We were also visited by a mama moose and her baby while we were there . I would definitely recommend this little campground. 😁😄😃🙂🙃

Great place.  Large lots, community area with gazebo, fire pit, and horseshoes.  Well maintained facilities with clean showers, laundry room, dump station.  Free wi-fi and electric.  The camp managers, Dave and Bonnie, are great  Verizon tower less than a mile away, latte stand across from office, and close the the north fork of the Coeur d Alene river

We just spent 3 nights at this campground.  It was a very enjoyable experience.  The owners are on site.  The shower and laundry facilities are kept very clean, and warm, for those early morning showers.
They are pet friendly,  and the nicest gesture was Dave had a hot pot of coffee brewing under the gazebo for his guests every morning by 7:00 a.m.   Overall, a place I'd recommend for a relaxing place to camp.
