Located just outside of Pink Hill and near Beulaville, the park is situated in a rural landscape dominated by agriculture and pine forests. Its position in Eastern North Carolina makes it an ideal stop for those traveling between the Raleigh metropolitan area and the Crystal Coast. The surroundings are exceptionally quiet, tucked away from the noise of major interstates, allowing guests to enjoy the sounds of local wildlife and the wind through the trees.

Amenities & Park Features

The RV campground at Cabin Lake is well-equipped with full hookup sites that include water, sewer, and electricity. For convenience, the park provides a modern bathhouse and laundry facilities. Key recreational features include:

I like Cabin Lake. Prices are reasonable and it's easy to put in a kayak. Fishing isn't the best, I haven't caught a ton here but I have caught a nice bass...

This is a beautiful park but it would be a lot more enjoyable if the customer service was better. I have been here several times and each time the old lady with glasses at the booth is crass and unfriendly. We drive from 2 hours away to come enjoy this park and being greeted by someone with a perma-frown who cuts you off in the middle of speaking or asking questions is disheartening. Wish they would hire someone who makes guests feel welcome instead of like a burden.

This is a cute little Park which is very clean and has a nice Trail around the lake. The woman staffing the registration office was very nice and helpful.

This was for a scout camp trip with about 30 adults and children. Everything was well designed but the park. You can definitely tell it is aging and in need of some investment but everything did work and we had an amazing adventure.

We walked the trail. Checked out the beach area. The two playgrounds are being redone. The one near the beach was for little children.
