This was for a scout camp trip with about 30 adults and children. Everything was well designed but the park. You can definitely tell it is aging and in need of some investment but everything did work and we had an amazing adventure.

We walked the trail. Checked out the beach area. The two playgrounds are being redone. The one near the beach was for little children.

It has a beautiful lake. Depending when you go it can be quite popular but you can usually find a quiet spot to sit and enjoy nature. The view and the sound of nature will always leave you with a sense of peace and serenity.

This place was beautiful. We were just out and decided to see what was in the area and found this park. It has areas for RVs and tents, a 2 mile trail around the lake, places for fishing, and paddle boats. You could definitely pack a lunch and spend the day here.
