Unfortunately, we never had the chance to stay at this campground due to the complexity of making reservations for non-Canadian residents. After receiving a request for payment via Interac, a service not available in the United States, we tried to find an alternative solution. Our bank does not offer this type of payment, so we contacted the campground to request another method. Additionally, when attempting to book online, we found there was no way to enter an address outside the province of Quebec. The field for the country was missing (only Canada was considered), and the field for the province was greyed out, pre-filled with QC, without the possibility of modifying it. This limitation greatly complicates the process for international customers. Every time we tried to call, we reached voicemail and never received a callback. Communication via email was insecure, asking us to provide sensitive information such as our credit card number. It is disappointing that a promising campground neglects its international customers. Not answering the phone or returning calls gives a poor impression of their customer relations and could lead to negative reviews. We ultimately decided to book our site at another campground that does not make reservations difficult for customers from outside Canada.

Nice Camp ground spot! We went during Canada Day weekend nice staff , clean park only down fault three days waking up to insanely loud race track and no peace of nature while camping reason for the three stars.

Overcrowded, campsites are too close to one another, feels like one community center, no privacy. Bathroom smell is horrible, you smell the sewer even the sink water, can't wash you face ugghhh. You have to pay to use the showers and water slides. No activity/entertainment. For the money paid, can go to a nicer campsite. 👎
