Very disappointing. Not representative of what we saw on the website and what we were told when renting. I do not recommend for all these reasons. No new caravan, just an old, dirty caravan. Armchairs that smell of dust, dusty blinds, mosquito nets that are held together with tape, wardrobe doors that stay in your hands, kitchen table that comes off the wall as soon as you touch it, sink that leaks, shower door that is difficult to open, refrigerator that does not work, replaced by a small one. And so on. The only nice things were the sunsets that made up for our great disappointment.

Thanks to Céline and her partner who helped us out yesterday because we stopped there and they offered us a site for one night with our RV. The view of the river, the sunset, the fire on the shore wow it's a good start to the vacation ☀️

Let me explain the 3-star rating. The location is magical, with access to the seafront, close to everything: grocery store, bistro restaurants, shops, and, above all, just steps from the famous Sainte-Luce beach. Don't forget the superb sunsets. The fact is that the owner, who is very kind by the way, is a little careless about the work being done, a bit of a haymaker, let's say. Things that should be done properly and very simple to do. He has a magical place but it's poorly maintained, so you have to expect a place that's just okay, with far too many extension cords overloading the system. And what about the nails sticking out of the bathroom wall, which could be very dangerous for a child? If he had tools and a few trinkets, I would have fixed things in his little Vantage chalet very, very easily. Unfortunately, he doesn't take his guests' comments seriously; I think a comment is very constructive, I think. Its price is still very reasonable, I would have paid more for a safer place.

Disappointment!!! Booking a campsite without being able to know the land we are going to have before our arrival at the campsite. The owner offers us (the choice ....) between two small lots with barely room for a dining table which is located right next to the sewers of the land and he mentions not to connect to the sewers. However, there are other lots available on the site. We reserve with three services and the owner asks us to empty the gray and black water on our arrival and departure on the city sewers at the entrance of the campsite since he does not want us to use the sewers on our site. camping even if available. We mention having reserved a site with three services but the owner mentions that we have access to all the services ..... Each time we empty the wastewater into the city's sewers, the owner comes to settle. next to us to chat or watch ??? When we installed our RV, it comes back to remind us not to connect to the sewers on the ground since it gives it too much work. Ok for a night in passing without more. In my opinion, there are other more interesting options in the area.
