Cheap and close to where we needed to be. Would stay again. Pros: Owners were present and pleasant. The hook up’s were functional and WiFi was strong at the fist row of campsites. The bathrooms and showers were clean and recently updated. Cons: There were several safety concerns and all the features (basketball, pool, etc.) were closed and or inoperable due to negligent maintenance. The lady at the front desk (while sweet!) told us to not let our kids play on the Caboose as it was “unsafe”. There was no signage or anything. Additionally, there was rebar sticking up randomly throughout the park and the landscaping was also neglected. If you bring kids or pets, bring your own entertainment as theirs is essentially useless.

Campground needs work. Grass not cut, christmas items not stored neatly. Did not match website description. Alot of stored long term vacant campers. On the positive side campground very quiet , bathrooms pristine could use a little heat as we were there when cold. People nice and on-site camp host. Have stayed at KOA for same price. Probably won't go back unless improvements to property is made.
The grounds are well maintained, the renovated bathrooms are exceptional, the staff is kind. There isn’t much to do for kids, some of the attractions are run down. There was a black widow spider in the storage container holding the giant checkers. It’s too bad the caboose is in disrepair, sucks for a kid to have something so cool right in front of them that they can’t play on. The swings and basketball hoop are great though.

We enjoyed our stay, the latest of several here. All sites are level and ours, #4, was easily wide enough for one one side slideouts - Shirley recommended it for size - and on the other, awning extension. Once again the other glampers were quiet and friendly. Do watch out for deposits left by Shirley's golden retriever, I'm guessing that she and any staff haven't time to police the abundant grassy areas and road verges for them.

Two buddies and I stayed here while trout fishing at the springs. Very nice group of people. Clean place, and the staff was super easy to deal with. The day and night management guys were amazing. Thanks—we will definitely be back!

Very nice privately owned small campground. Sites were level, park was clean and quiet. Everyone worked to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. While I was passing thru, and only stayed one night, we enjoyed our time here.

Great place to stay! The staff is very helpful and friendly, has an on site bathroom, shower, laundry, dump station, water supply, 30 and 50 amp hook up, I believe there's even some spots with sewer hook up. There's even a few smaller things for the kiddos to do during your stay! My only con for this stay is the check out time which is 12. Granted, this is longer than some other places. All around great experience.

What an awesome place to stay, and everyone was very friendly and helpful!!! Kevin was very nice to help us pick out a site and make sure we had what we needed. We definitely will be back to stay in the near future!

A small mom and pop park close to town with a bit of traffic noise during the day but quiet at night. Full hookups, level sites with table and fire ring. Pads are gravel but level, many are pull through. Staff was great to work with. Restrooms are well kept and the water is hot. Several TV channels available with an antenna and 5G with T-moble. I'd stay here again!

What a awesome gem of a campground! Shirley is so sweet and genuine, she goes out of her way to make your stay simply amazing. It is a small campground, some spots have sewer, some dont, but there is a dump station. Mini golf course is currently being upgraded, but will be up and running soon. Strongly recommend this campground when in the area. Also offers a free drive thru at Christmas!

Very nice campground and folks running it very nice. Only change I could recommend is no hand soap in the men's bathroom. Not a big deal but everything is very clean and would recommend staying to anyone.
