Beautiful new place. We’re a full-time family, driving cross country in the winter to relocate. They accommodated our late arrival. Would love to visit again in the summer. Beautiful full-time spots and places for pets. I’m pretty fancy, I’d rather pay more and be comfortable but I still think this place was too high priced especially for winter rates. A quick overnight stay, using 0 amenities and $70-80 after taxes was double most places. You’ll definitely enjoy a stay here though!

We are getting ready to leave after staying in this park for 1 week. It is a new park with nice amenities such as good sized clean bathrooms, large laundry facilities and daily trash pick up at your site as well as conveniently located. I do recommend booking on the south side by the field as it is quieter and with a lovely view! There are however, a lot of rules at this park and if you are looking for friendly knowledgeable people in the office that will not be the case. Every time we asked them a question about things to do in the area they didn't know anything. Another example, is the $5.00 fee for outgoing mail or receiving packages! There is also a fee for visiting guests whether they use any of the facilities or not! All in all it was a pretty good place to stay for the two of us for our week long visit to Grand Junction.
