I have lived at Casa Del Soul with my teenage daughter since 2021. We have enjoyed the safety of our surroundings and the convenience right in our backyard to have everything we need including grocery shopping, retail shopping and great restaurants. The pool is amazing and heated year-round. The hot tub is equally as spectacular and a great place for adult adults to find good relaxation and community. This is definitely a family friendly place and pet friendly as well. Even if you’re not looking to Live here it is a great stopping destination along your travels.

Stayed at Casa Del Sol RV Resort and it honestly feels like one of those “why didn’t we find this sooner?” spots. It’s affordable without feeling run-down, social without being chaotic. Heated pool that actually stays heated. Clean grounds. Secure gates. And the vibe? More friendly neighborhood than RV turnover lot. You’re close to everything in Hemet — groceries, coffee runs, quick Target stops — and just a short drive toward Temecula if you want wine country, restaurants, or a little weekend adventure. Plus Diamond Valley Lake is right there if you’re into morning walks or sunset views. It’s one of those places where you plan to stay a little while… and then you just kind of don’t leave. WOOHOOO! Will Return.

I’ve had a great experience at this long-term RV resort. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and always professional. The location is convenient, and the facilities are kept very clean and well maintained. Being gated adds an extra level of security, which makes it feel safe and comfortable. They also host weekly events that are great for all ages and help create a sense of community. The pool and hot tub are definitely a highlight. I would absolutely recommend this resort for long-term RV living. For single, couples or small families

My wife and I and our Frenchie have lived in this park for 3 years now and we love it! There's a beautiful pool and spa that's clean and well maintained and nice showers if you need them. The laundromat is great and has plenty of well-working washers and dryers. They have a pool table, poker, bingo night, a gym, and pickleball courts. The neighbors are all superfriendly and we all look out for one another. I have snowbird neighbors that have been coming for 15 years now (and a few other couples as well) that come every winter from Canada to beat the cold and enjoy the Southern California sunshine here. We have community Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners where they give away toys and bikes for some of the children who live here. All of the staff are great and really care about the tenants. The park is well-maintained and has beautiful trees. There's plenty of shopping super close, even within walking distance! We love it here and you can't beat the price either! Shout out to the managers, the ladies in the office who keep this place running and safe for all of us!

Casa Del Sol RV Park is clean, affordable, and very well managed. Since Beth and Teresa took over, the park has made a complete turnaround. It is noticeably cleaner, better maintained, and feels safer and more welcoming. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, including the maintenance guys, who do an excellent job keeping the park and amenities in great condition. Management truly cares about both long-term residents and RV guests and takes pride in the community they’ve created. They host dinners during Thanksgiving and Christmas, and also hold weekly bingo every Thursday night, and even have an Amazon Hub, which is super convenient and helpful for residents. The amenities are excellent and well maintained, including a pool, jacuzzi, pool tables, pickleball court, workout room, showers, laundry facilities, and a dog area. Night security adds an extra level of comfort and peace of mind. Overall, Casa Del Sol RV Park is a great place to live or stay, and I highly recommend it.

Best kept amenities quite great security I'm a retired locksmith the gates controls are well built no gate is coruptable proximity readers are new grade 1 pools has multiple safety features great place for a temporary home stay or just like the feal and charm trees are safely maintained mostly young middle age working class no graffiti no gang script. I give this park a #1 rating over all parks like it in the valley.

I had a terrible experience today. I was cussed at by the manager. I told her to please not talk to me that way. My friend was going to buy in here and now has changed her mind. I noticed the mail is withheld and that my electric was higher than when I had a house with property. I wish I had good things to say but after how I’ve been treated I would suggest finding a better place to give money to. The other staff is kind but the manger is losing her grace.

Since we’ve moved in October we have been Treated with the utmost kindness by the employees that work here. Specifically the younger gentleman I believe his name is Noah. He’s always been willing and able to lend a hand if he’s ever see us in need.

We have been here for 5 years. Reasonable prices for basically parking your RV on their lot. Reasonable price. Just maintain your area. Electricity is not free like other places but it is nicely maintained which is a 50/50. We like it and they understand that we have to basically fix our own stuff. This is not like renting a apartment. You have to fix and pay for your own expenses. Its costly but its worth the learning in my opinion. Thank you management for being awesome. Please dont change.

I wish I could write this resort a five start review but if I did, I’d be lying. The resort overall is a very beautiful place, every amenity you could ever want. As for some of the employees, I cannot say the same, unfortunately. Nicole has been very rude and disrespectful every encounter I have had with her. If you have any questions I highly recommend ask anyone BUT Nicole, she speaks to you as if you are a piece of dirt on her shoe and gives this resort a bad name. I’ve watched her multiple times be rude to customers and her coworkers. When I talk to her or have a question she makes me feel as if she doesn’t have time to address my concerns and has better things to be doing like worrying about her love life outside of work. If I were the owner of this establishment I would definitely be concerned with the way she treats paying customers.

Quiet 🤐 and secure. Looks more like a mobile home park and needs some attention but a great location. Manager was very helpful when I got locked out of my RV. Friendly workers and residents.

Lived here for 4 months while trying to buy a house. Office staff is excellent. The ladies in the office are very personable and kind. There are some very nice amenities on site like the fitness room and *ice maker*. Anyone who lives in an RV knows what a pain it is to make ice in your little fridge! Laundry room is huge, but machines are a little buggy (they are owned/maintained by an outside company). While I was here, they finished a very nice mail room. It is great to have a personal mailbox at an RV Park! Inside the park is pretty quite at night. Unfortunately there is a lot of sirens and people creating extra road noise outside the park. Would stay again!
