We have been here for about 6-7 months. And we love the place it is very safety and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful especially Kim. She has taken care of use since day one. I highly recommend the place.

This is the first place that RESORT feels accurate. The amenities are nothing short of perfect. 2 pools with hot tub in between. The cottages line your entrance and exit. The are colorful, I great shape. Rocks cover all dirt areas so no blowing sand. 2 great dog parks. Great mail area, business area, community area. Not enough, we'll let's add gaming space, 8 pool tables, horse shoes, corn hole, fire pits with seating 4 pickle ball courts. And on top of all this.. The staff is super friendly along with everyone staying here. Highly recommend this location for RV stay. Long or short term.

We stayed here in a 42 foot 5th wheel. It was great! The park is quiet and the amenities are amazing. Hot tub and pool, large and grassy dog park. The employees were great. The park is clean and well maintained and the location is close to necessities shopping and 45 minutes from downtown Phoenix. Close enough to be convenient, far enough away to not have any big town issues. We did a monthly rate and it was super reasonable. We will be back again!

My wife and I stayed here February 1st through March 30th. It was the 8th time we have been here. Three times were when we had a motorhome, and five times we were in "park models". This year (2026) had the best management. Lady in charge (Jessie) did a great job, with her great husband, in running things. Staff were very, very nice to us, and worked hard at keeping the resort clean. Never had an issue. I sure wish the same people (staff) were going to be back next year. Lynn & Vicki

We were to stay for a month, but due to a knee injury needed to extend stay for 2 weeks. The gals in the office are wonderful (Kim, Jess, Tammy). All the workers are extremely friendly and helpful. Park has tons of amenities, no time for boredom. Highly recommend!
