This will be our fourth season here. We really love the life long friendships we have made. Large spaces with wide streets so its easy to back in. The park is clean. The activities director Teresa finds the best tours, outingsand shows! The parties are so much fun. Tom is an outstanding chef and treats us to delicious meals and cooking classes. With two large pools and hot tub I dont mind doing laundry anymore 😉. They have water arobics and water volleyball. A game room, a bunch of pristine pool tables, outdoor games and fire pits. Oh and of course PICKELBALL It has quite the following. From newbies to pros everyone plays and guest led clinics for those who want to learn. A spacious fully equipped gym(with trainers and yoga this season I hear) large card/game/puzzle room we have something going on everyday! Our granddaughters loved weekend visits with us, always so much to do. We cant wait to be back to our home away from home in January see you then friends, thanks Casa Grande RV Resort ❤️

It’s almost impressive how the rest of the staff can be friendly and helpful, yet Alexa the girl in front office manages to be the exact opposite. The woman running the desk has perfected the art of sounding condescending while also having absolutely no idea what she’s talking about. A rare skill set, really. Ask a simple question and you’ll get the kind of tone usually reserved for scolding children—followed by an answer that’s either wrong, confusing, or made up on the spot. Need directions? Good luck. Need information about your stay? Hope you enjoy riddles delivered with attitude. Everyone else at the park seems to know how to treat guests with respect and kindness… then you walk into the office and it feels like you’ve entered a different universe where customer service goes to die.

The new staff and management are really friendly and helpful, we were worried due to past reviews but it seems they have an entirely new staff that has been working together over the sunmer to turn things around! The park has many updates and seems to be alot more fun than it was in the past. We will definitely be back.

Warm pool with nice bathrooms. Every door is locked with a key code. Decent laundry rooms at a ok price. There are security cameras all over the property but no gate or actual security on site. The resort does have easy access to main roads and I-10. Great grocery stores within 5 minutes if the resort. There is plenty of room to maneuver an RV throuh the resort. They do have a overflow parking in a gravel lot for an extra $50.00/month Unfortunately it is not a quiet neighborhood. It is right across from a busy fire department so there are sirens going off regularly. One of the roads next to the resort is well traveled at all hours of the day. The maintenance department has minimal respect for renters needs. There is wifi but it download speed averages around 1 to 3 mbps thus limiting its usefulness. the resort has placed rules and extra charges to maximize resort profits, such as a 16 dollar monthly fee to check the power meter. Front office workers are polite but unhelpful. Only good a reciting rules and saying, "someone will get back to you as soon as they can." All in all the saving grace of this resort is their pool, it's doesnt discriminate by age, and not restrictions on dog breeds.

Excellent staff and amenities. I will also state that after reading other reviews, I am shocked. I have always found this place to be well kept and friendly. I have been here for about 6 months now. My ONLY complaint is the washers and dryers do not take credit cards. They are plenty and very functional but archaic in that you must have quarters. Would recommend and will stay here again.

This was a great spot on our way home to Texas. The grounds are really well taken care of and there are a ton of amenities. We arrived at 8:30 after hours, and were able to get help with a spot via the after-hours line. They have a ton of amenities, which is amazing for the price. The only drawback is there aren’t many trees, but I think that’s to be expected in the area

My husband and I stayed here for 2.5 years and saw 5 management changes and they just got worse and worse. The general staff was nice, living there felt safe and quiet until they removed security personel and the security gate. the management/ office staff have been awful, they make up rules as they go then try to charge people fees out of the blue. The updates they have been doing are bandaid fixes once enough people complain. They were Roach infested for months before they finally started doing something about it. If you're just passing through best of luck but i wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. Lastly the corporate woman who comes and goes is the most disgustingly rude and condescending woman I have ever had the displeasure of meeting.

We arrived here in October 2024 for work. Everything was fine at first, but then they started hiring new staff who clearly dislike children—definitely not a family-friendly environment. These individuals consistently harass the children. They even implemented a new rule stating that children are not allowed within 500 feet of their camper. Kids aren’t allowed to ride their bikes, walk their dogs, or even take out the trash without being constantly harassed. This RV park is absolutely not family-friendly. Floaties are not allowed in the swimming pool, and if you receive three violations, you’re forced to leave. They also overcharge for electricity and refuse to provide usage details before and after each billing cycle. They give new charges every month for stuff that don’t make sense. Definitely not worth the headaches staying here . You have children do not stay here . There dog park is full of sewer back up they have so many issues in the RV park . Make my electric make sense . They are scammers on electric the whole Park is a scam . They will try to run your card with out you knowing . I will be contacting the az housing authority will be letting them know And then going to talk about a 14-year-old breaking into someone camper When they kick the person out, that actually broke but that was back into December‘s I come with receipt and emails and text messages this camp is absolutely horrible. Will not ever recommend this to a dog that is homeless. I will continue to leave a review constantly on everything I can find want to slander a 14-year-old you are a disgrace and going to act like you know what was going on, but you just got hired as a manger you are literally nothing you do not know anything about me are my son i will keep adding to this list sending someone FAKE Electric bills that I can make up better on the Internet ! They will not let someone from corporate call you

We stayed at this park for 3 years and they keep adding fee after fee after fee. It really is ridiculous! The park is ok, but the greedy owners want to add all these extra charges without making any improvements. We are already paying $1000+ a month for a small parking space with elec, water, and sewage. They just added extra fees for pets. Then they added extra fees for parking your SXS trailer. Half of the laundry machines don’t work. They overcharged for electric all last summer, and refused to give us a copy of our usage. They were charging us between 400-500 a month for elec in a 5th wheel. I would not recommend this place as they only care about making more money. 🫤

We just ended a 6 month stay and didn't want to go. Staff is friendly. The grounds are well equipped and well kept. Absolutely nothing negative to say. Would definitely come back.

This is a great RV spot. Has everything you possibly want. The only thing is with the laundry machines they don't have a change machine and they don't have apps to use them and it makes a very inconvenient trying to get changed around the city because nobody ever supplies change anymore. And even the office acts like it's rude to ask for change when we need to do our laundry which is an amenity you guys provide. I suggest you guys getting an app for these laundry machines so people don't have to keep coming up and asking for change all the time, especially when you guys are closed. Besides that, everything is great here but I think this is a major improvement you guys can work on. Thank you!

I recently stayed for a week in one of the cottages. It was bright, clean and exactly what we needed. The only glitch was that it was to be fully stocked and we had no forks. The office is closed on weekends, which seems odd for a campground. But we found a groundskeeper who helped us immediately. I got my refund back in a few days. The facilities including all public restrooms were spotless. The activities were fun and everyone was welcoming and nice. Can't wait to do it again next year!

There is a decent amount of space for most campers! This resort has dog parks, 2 heated pools and a hot tub. The amenities are a great added value, 9 full size pool tables, a game room, business center, full laundry, showers, and also a small gym to get your workout in! The front staff is great! My favorite is Megan! You are always welcomed with a smile. The park is quiet and my surrounding neighbors are great! Full hook ups for an easy enjoyable stay.. I would highly recommend Casa Grande RV resort to anyone looking for long term, or just an overnight spot!

Were told that could only have 2 vehicles and 2 adults and nothing else space 343 has 4 vehicles and somebody in one all night. O work nights so I saw it while I stayed there. The have a barking dog chained to the 1 bedroom trailer and and apparently the rules do no apply to certain people. Will not use this park again

Enjoyed our stay here. We stayed 18 days. Sites are gravel with concrete patio, and picnic table. We have a 40 ft motorhome with tow. We were in a back in site. Plenty big. Used pads under levelers to level due to gravel. Lots of activities to do never get bored, pool, pickle ball courts, nice and clean. Pet friendly great dog parks. Staff was friendly, and we will be back to stay. We usually stay at there sister resort in Indio. Very happy with our stay at these resorts.
