Way too expensive for the amenities, or lack of them. Pools and hot tub are filthy. Majority of the laundry washers and dryers have been out of order for months with no attempt to repair them. Wi-Fi is non-existent, bring your hotspot if you want any kind of internet. The staff will actively seek to harass you without provokation. It's as if this place does not want people renting spots from them. If you have packages delivered to the park mailroom, you will have some of them stolen. Items stored in the storage lot have very good odds of being looted or stolen. For the price of this place, you're absolutely better off renting a spot at Palm Creek or in Arizona City.

We have stayed at Casa Grande RV and cottages for the past several years.  It was a beautiful park that was well run. Last year the park was sold. When we arrived this year, we found our trailer was damaged. Several couples in the park stated that it was a park employee responsible. One kind gentleman even went to the office with my husband to tell them that a park employee had asked him to help move our trailer because he had a larger truck. They still said it was not them.  We took the employee's name to the office and was told half the park has had arguments with this employee and maybe they were trying to get even with him??? We recorded the office clerk stating this on our phone. The site was a mess with our wooden boxes to put legs on smashed out and left around site. One side panel was destroyed and our tire covers thrown in a heap. The maintenance manager was apologetic and seemed concerned but the office manager said no damage would be covered and  I pressed her for the owner's information , because several couples ahead of me had been arguing with her about their bills, she gave me the owner's email which was of course false. One clerk stated that they had tried to get in touch with us but had no information on us because their computers had crashed. This is ridiculous as we filled out paperwork every year with our information. They also stated we hadn't paid in several months, it is directly taken off our credit card for the last two years.  Our credit card has not changed in that time. The park looks like a trailer park with no flowers and people living there all year so their sites are full of all their possessions that will not fit in trailer.  We made several attempts to get ahold of the owner with no success.  We found out the employee that was at the site when the damage was done was the husband to clerk in office.  Horrible experience.  Several lovely parks in the area much better than this one.

Pretty sweet spot. The only inconvenience was being told to go to 2 different spot that were both occupied. The location here is perfect and the employees are nice and I appreciate how no one pesters you! Very clean sites as well.
