Its the 3 rd time we come to this parc and the service get worse . The attitude of the personal is terrible. As they say do not drive more than 5 miles/hour, their own employees are driving 3 times faster and more. Few times, too many times, the water in the pool at the top , the family one was green because of a lack of maintenance, again and again. So we decided : not any more. My wife and won’t come back. It’s not worth it

We loved this resort!!!! We came in January and had great weather. The hot spring spa was amazing and I loved that it was open 24 hours. So many RV parks we go to close the spa early, but we really appreciate that Catalina keeps it open. The spots were divided by tall bushes and made it feel very private. We will be back next year!!! My husband works remotely and we had great T-Mobile and Verizon signal while we stayed there.

Our spot was a little tight but pretty level and had nice bushes surrounding it. There were plenty of amenities and the kids enjoyed playing mini golf and swimming in the hot mineral water pools. Everything was very well kept and they even do trash pickup daily. We especially enjoyed the common area with fire pits, grills and tables.

This is our favorite winter destination. The hot springs are the main attraction for us. Staff are always friendly and helpful, even when they are super busy. It's our second visit - this time we stayed 8 days and had a great time of much needed hot springs dip daily. I really liked the app for the laundry allowing me to save my quarters. We also liked the games provided by resort. Definitely looking towards our return visit in Winter 2023!
