We were pleasantly surprised when we got to the resort. The resort itself is nicely done with ample space in the RV spots. Shari at the front desk was absolutely the best! Very customer service oriented and very accommodating. Do not let the drive down Dillon Road and Corkill Road detour you from staying there (not the best area but typical for the desert i guess). The resort had 2 hot spring mineral swimming pools and 2 hot spring mineral spas. The family pool was huge as were the spa's.
There were "cottages"/ park model mobile homes on site if you are not RVing...The showers/bathrooms near the pools are very big and clean as was the laundry room. We would definitely stay there again.

We have been staying here for a couple of years and I REALLY hesitate to give my review. Not because of any problems or issues but because this is the best kept secret in the Palm Springs region. The front office staff have become my friends. The park is kept in such a tidy and beautifully maintained condition. The maintenance team totally amazes me with what they do with the size of the park. The amenities are amazing to include pools, spas, pickleball and trails to the desert. Private and quiet. I love this place!

I spent three months at this RV resort, I was not impressed. I had things stolen from my RV site and the laundry room. The only activities here were ones that were planned by the guests. No effort at all from  RV Park management to plan any type of activity. I will definitely not be spending next winter here.

We come to the Palm Springs area every year in the winter to enjoy the warm weather. This year we picked this park because some friends were staying here. It is a fairly nice park with some amenities. Their claim to fame is their therapeutic pools which are quite nice. The staff is nice and the price is very reasonable. It is very quiet here as you are quite a ways from the 10 freeway.
We did notice it can be very windy here even when it is calmer down the hill.

The pools & meeting areas are gorgeous, clean, & close.
Staff is constantly looking to make your stay pleasurable.
The am trash pick up is fun.

We stayed here for three weeks in November 2025. This is one of my favorite RV parks I’ve ever stayed at! It is so clean and quiet. Very low key. The pools (there are two!) and hot tubs were great. Dog park was a good size compared to a lot of others I’ve seen in RV parks. Staff was nice and friendly. Sites are big and spread out. We would have stayed longer but the monthly rate is a little high for us (though electricity is included in the rate so that helps).
I didn’t want to leave!

We stayed here over New Year’s Eve and had a blast at their community party.  They had a DJ, dancing, food. The place was decorated so lovely. They did all this and didn’t charge extra as so many parks I’ve stayed at try to gouge you for every extra penny. The park is clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. Would recommend and will be back.

This is an easy to navigate campground built for big rigs. Nice level spots that are relatively big with privacy bushes. The pool area is nice and large with a very big hot tub but it could have been hotter.

One of the nicest RV resorts I've been to with full amenities, yet rustic in the overall feel for a wonderful desert experience.

Very quiet and peaceful & calm management does a wonderful job to keep everybody space far enough apart where you don’t have issues with noise from Neighbors. Pool, sauna and  shower area is very clean. Front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

My all time favorite RV park - we have been to many! Here at Catalina, they lack in nothing. The views are phenomenal. Water pressure is good. The showers and the bathrooms in common areas are newly remodeled and comfortable. It feels luxury. There are multiple pools and hot tubs. Staff is amazing. I would stay forever if I could!

Nice RV park. 2 Laundry rooms but they were outdated and only one was working. The grounds and pools were very nice. They have a dog park.  The men’s restroom was modern like a luxury hotel would have. E stayed for 3 days and had a good time. RPI discount was $40.00 and they waived the extra vehicle fee.

We visited this campground in April 2022. The resort was clean, one pool was closed due to maintenance.  Staff was friendly.  Due to the time of year there were no activities, even the book room was closed.  There are no trash cans, you put your trash bags out in the morning and they pick it up, challenging when the wind is blowing.   There's no fire ring, table or concrete pad where we camped. I saw some in other sites.

Its the 3 rd time we come to this parc and the service get worse . The attitude of the personal is terrible. As they say do not drive more than 5 miles/hour, their own employees are driving 3 times faster and more. Few times, too many times, the water in the pool at the top , the family one was green because of a lack of maintenance, again and again. So we decided : not any more. My wife and won’t come back. It’s not worth it

We loved this resort!!!! We came in January and had great weather. The hot spring spa was amazing and I loved that it was open 24 hours. So many RV parks we go to close the spa early, but we really appreciate that Catalina keeps it open. The spots were divided by tall bushes and made it feel very private. We will be back next year!!! My husband works remotely and we had great T-Mobile and Verizon signal while we stayed there.

Our spot was a little tight but pretty level and had nice bushes surrounding it. There were plenty of amenities and the kids enjoyed playing mini golf and swimming in the hot mineral water pools. Everything was very well kept and they even do trash pickup daily. We especially enjoyed the common area with fire pits, grills and tables.

This is our favorite winter destination. The hot springs are the main attraction for us. Staff are always friendly and helpful, even when they are super busy. It's our second visit - this time we stayed 8 days and had a great time of much needed hot springs dip daily.

I really liked the app for the laundry allowing me to save my quarters. We also liked the games provided by resort. Definitely looking towards our return visit in Winter 2023!
