We stayed here for a week. It was great! The staff was very friendly, the showers clean and hot, the landscaping beautiful. Good location. We will definitely stay again in the years to come.

Very Nice RV Park located in a convenient location. Stayed for two nights here in our Aliner camper. Water pressure is very high so you'll need a pressure regulator. We are towing our Aliner with our Tesla and were thrilled to find a working L2 Tesla charger onsite! Overall facilities are modest but nearty kept. Bathrooms and showers are older but clean. My wife said there was a bit of backup in the women's bathroom and a leak in one of the sinks.

It's a middle of the road type of place, some good some not so good. Cons: - In the back shower/bathroom facilities, there's only 1 urinal and it was Out of Order. There are 2 toilets and 1 was Out of Order. 3 shower stalls, and one was Out of Order. So, basically 50% of the facilities were in working order. The front facilities were all in order. - Roads are rough and pot-holed. - People leave their barking dogs in their trailers unattended, so they bark and bark. - Terrible WiFi unless you're close to the clubhouse. Pros: - Close to all Coachella Valley destinations, events. - Good vegetation and privacy between most sites. - Quiet time is respected at night. - The facilities that are in working order are very clean. Other: - Mostly long-term residents, snowbirds. - Super high water pressure, so bring a pressure-regulator if you're doing water hookups. - Yes, planes fly over on approach to PS Airport, but it's not constant and there's almost no flights at night. - Signage is small and somewhat obscured from the road, so you may end up going past the place the first time. - While most sites have good privacy, note that the sites on the North, those without sewer hookups, have no privacy. They're basically slabs of concrete and dirt with water and power pedestal and directly in the sun with no shade. Would stay here again, but hopefully they will get to fixing the toilets and showers.

5 stars for the amazing staff! They are so kind and working hard to make this resort top-notch. The park is super clean, and the pool/hot tubs are a major highlight. A huge plus is the great fire pits scattered throughout the grounds—perfect for the evenings. You can really see the effort being put in here!

We absolutely love this place. We’ve stayed here 3 times and will continue to stay here whenever we’re in town. The resort is very clean and very quiet. The bathrooms are very accommodating and spotless. The longer staying tenants have all been very kind and the staff, including Bree and Wayne, have been some of the kindest people. You might miss it while driving on the main street but that’s perfect. It keeps it private and peaceful while we stay.

I stayed at Cathedral Palms RV Resort as a night-shift travel nurse for a few months at $1,400 (including utilities). The location is great—convenient to Cathedral City, Palm Springs, and Rancho Mirage. The park is clean, community-oriented, and offers solid amenities like a well-maintained pool, jacuzzi, and weekend events. Park management was polite and helpful, and most neighbors were friendly. However, the occasional group of Canadians cutting through our site drunk without permission was frustrating and felt disrespectful. Bob, with management was very responsive to the issue. Noise was an issue—planes overhead regularly and weekend events during the summer could be loud. Still, the area felt mostly secure, and overall, it's a decent spot for short-term stays if you're prepared for the price and occasional noise.

As a frequent and very active RV traveler, this location is a hard no and pass for me. The not so “park” is more of a storage facility for RV’s and large service trucks. The website photos are not accurate of the current condition. Good luck trying to sleep with planes flying very low and directly overhead. “Quiet time” is from 10 pm to 7 am. The commercial trucks that are stored and parked on the property start revving their engines at the crack of dawn. Maintenance starts blowing the property way before 7 am. Cars and trucks driving the property kick up dust and dirt. There is nothing relaxing about this place. The view from the street is well kept and has a nice appearance, however, it’s deceiving. Once you turn and drive into the property, things quickly deteriorate.

I loved my visit to Cathedral Palms RV Resort. I stayed in the apartment and trailer on separate visits . They were clean and checkin & checkout was easy. Loved the staff! The pool was refreshing and loved the Friday BBq. The location is close to restaurants, casino & golf courses. It is my go to when visiting Palm Springs.

I have very mixed feelings about this park, so I will list my pros/cons. I can not post pictures I took of the park, they are far different than the website though. Pros: Office staff nice Close to Palm Springs Elec/water/sewer worked Pool Cons: Gravel spaces Construction yards close (behind) In Palm Springs Airport landing path Many long term residents Older park that needs a lot of TLC Back in sites - Only There is one (and only one) nice pull thru site. Pictured on there website. Do not leave items out, be sure to secure everything you value. In fairness - I heard the park was purchased 2 years ago and the new owner is trying to fix it up.

A great RV park close to all things Palm Springs. Due to Trump, this Canadian will not be back for an intended four month stay next winter.

We liked this RV park. Found it off the Good Sam app. Would stay here again. We had the perfect site too. Plenty of shade. Really enjoyed the large pool and huuuge pool deck. New putting green a good addition too. Overall the RV park is a little on the old and tired side. However, it’s evident the current managers are making improvements as they are able. No shortage of staff tending to the place throughout the days we were there. Was good to see.

Clean and well maintained park! New owners have done a lot to improve it. Pool area was fabulous! A good size pool, kiddie pool, and a hot tub. Lots of shaded areas around the pool as well. Staff were so kind and welcoming. Location allowed for easy in/out as well.

We have never been to Cathedral palms RV park in Palm Springs, California before but when we arrived, they put us at the front gate in their temporary lot. We booked in November and had to do an online check in the day before we arrived so I would assume they knew we were coming. I had booked a nice place in the middle of the park but they say they gave it away to someone else who was staying longer. The front gate was noisy, dusty, lacked privacy and all around was a bad setup. That coupled with minimal to no internet, no cable hookup’s and our neighbors got their bike stolen. Apparently that is not the only bike to get stolen from this “Oasis”. As we discussed with others, it became apparent that this is an ongoing theme at this park. Homeless come in and items leave with them. So unless you want to lock everything up, don’t stay here. Additionally, the staff is less than helpful. If anything happens all you get is “I am sorry” and that’s it. So they had my reservation since November, gave away my chosen site, made us sit at the front gate and didn’t even get much of a sorry. When we mentioned the bikes being stolen, their reply is it’s your own fault. Get better locks. What a great atmosphere they create here. Makes you want to come back for more…. Said no one ever!

Very nice staff, clean, great pool and hot tub, clean bathrooms with showers. Free coffee in the office. Sunday morning $3 breakfast with bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs and potatoes. We will visit again.

Loved this place!! Amazon community! Not only is this place really nice the staff really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome! There were potlucks, breakfast and lunch are available on some days, bingo, pickleball lessons... The bathrooms and laundry rooms are super clean and nice. Highly recommend!!
