Great place for a quick getaway or longer stay. Convenient for grocery runs for last minute meals. Close to Sensorio and to the coast. Highly recommend for families and couples. So much to do, you never have to leave.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 — Our Favorite Getaway! We’ve been coming to Cava Robles Sun Outdoors for years, and it continues to be one of our absolute favorite places to stay. Every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. We did prefer the billiard room as opposed to the arcade room, plus in our opinion the cabanas are extremely overpriced. However, the campground is always clean, beautiful, and incredibly well maintained. The staff is welcoming, and helpful. The sites are spacious, the amenities are top-notch, and there’s always something to do—whether we’re relaxing by the pool, enjoying the scenery, or exploring the surrounding Paso Robles area. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, relaxation, and fun. We truly love it here and can’t recommend Cava Robles enough. Looking forward to many more years of visits!

We stayed one night. This is a resort RV park, with pools, bocci courts and fairly extensive amenities. They put us in the upper newer area, so plantings are small as are the trees. It was pretty exposed. The lower area by the clubhouse is more of the draw with an outside bar by the pool and more developed sites. Definitely kid friendly. The upper showers were OK, but drained all over the floor and didn't get regularly cleaned. OK for a quick stopover.

Nice RV park with large sites and accommodations for big rigs. Multiple dog parks and pet friendly. Good service, nice online presence for reservations and I do recommend. Good location to east and west wineries, less than an hour from the coast and lots of good restaurants. Away from the highway, but close to downtown Paso. Near small local airport so you hear helicopters and small private aircraft every once in a while

Very nice rv resort. Quick, easy check in process. Reasonably priced, spacious spots, adult pool with hot tub and a beautiful open beach entry style pool, game room, indoor and outdoor bar, small restaurant, buacci ball courts, bike rentals, outdoor games setup. Only 2 hours from where we live. Will be our new weekend go to spot now. Thanks Sun Outdoors

I would definitely recommend Sun Outdoors Paso. The area is very well maintained and it's only a few miles from the 101. Close enough to be there in 5 mins but far enough that you don't hear the freeway sounds. The pool area was nice & the cabin was small but well taken care of. Happy we stayed here. Only only complaint is they used leaf blowers at 8am both days we stayed there. A little early for that outside my window when I'm on vacation.

Just stayed in a cabin at the Sun Outdoors this week. The rooms are very clean, good AC, with fridge and microwave. A little small but a very nice deck with chairs. Front Desk staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Good general store onsite and good location to downtown Paso Robles or visiting the music venue up the road. I would definitely stay here again.

We made a reservation and were told we had until Thursday to cancel. That was wrong. The real deadline was Wednesday. Because of that, we missed the cancellation window. We called to explain and cancel. We stayed calm and respectful. We were met with attitude and rudeness. The person on the phone cut us off and acted like we were wasting their time. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. We sent emails. We followed up. We called again. We even asked the front desk for the correct email. We resent the email right away. No one has responded. Not a single reply. We no longer feel safe or comfortable staying at a place like this. If this is how they treat people before they arrive, I can’t imagine how they treat people on site. We are still asking for a refund. We were misled. We were disrespected. And now we’re being ignored.

We had a fantastic stay at Outdoors Paso Robles! The location is perfect peaceful, scenic, and close to wineries and town. The RV sites were spotless and well maintained, with all the hookups and amenities you could ask for. The resort is super family-friendly with activities for kids, a great pool, and fun spaces to explore. It’s clean, convenient, and well-run. We will definitely be returning!

The resort is so clean and peaceful. We have a site that backs up to wonderful view of rolling hills. Plus access to loads of wineries near by.We will definitely be coming back in the future.

We came to this place for the first time bringing out our trailer with our little family. We had a good time! This place was spacious and clean with lots of activities to do. We would highly recommend & we will definitely be returning back in the future.

We were a bit disappointed when we drove up to our "chalet" because it looked like a repurposed storage unit! However, it was wonderful! See my photo of the killer view out the back. The bed was really comfy. We loved it! The only exception is all transactions needed to be made through a wristband that needed to be registered. We choose to ignore that

I would like to apologize in advance for this bias review. I came here with my two friends for our combined vacation celebration. I have never been to an RV resort and this was quite nice. My friends have rvs and I do not. I typically have my rtt on my truck but we opted to not load it for this trip. We brought our tent. Well, here's the thing, somewhere not obvious to us it states tents are a no no. My acquaintance was contacted and chastised for my tent on its full own hookup site. We have been having a good time and enjoying the site. I obviously need to stay in my lane. I am a wilderness camper.

This was a lovely RV RESORT with small homes scattered throughout of various sizes. It was very picturesque rolling Green Hills and beautiful oak trees. We chose an RV site in the middle of the park near a dog park and it turned out to be a beautiful spot as the dog park was on an Apex with beautiful views of horse properties and the park And the main big clubhouse with pool, splash zone, putting green and although we never used that facility…It was nice to be able to look down at it while we were hanging out at the dog park with our dogs. There was another clubhouse with pool and showers and plenty of chaise lounges and of course the Jacuzzi Near our campsite. There were fireplaces with beautiful Adirondack chairs made out of wine barrels. It was a very inviting property and we will go back. The only downside was some of the campers were pretty loud and we were thrilled that it was only at 20% capacity. We ended up having to move to try to get some quiet from the loud music and when we got back from dinner, we discovered loud music on both sides of us our last night there. I was disappointed when I tried to change campsites that some of the ones I chose, we’re gonna cost me more money. The other sites weren’t any bigger or any nicer so I don’t know why they wanted more money. And I didn’t think it fair that I was the one being inconvenienced, to be charged more money to move around the corner or six places away. I will go back maybe not in the summer because there’s not much shade there but it’s close to home, aesthetically beautiful, and offers lots of amenities.

Short trip this past weekend, everything here (swimming pools, hot tubs, Bistro) is now open. Had a burger from the Bistro and it was very good. Decent selection of adult beverages. RV spaces are large and not cramped to your neighbor. The only downside to our trip was having to purchase fire wood from the general store and it did not burn well at all, it was green. Had to abandon the fire pit at our site and call it a night. Won't forget to bring our own fire wood next time, lesson learned. Still worthy of a 5 star. Will return.
